POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS EDUCACIONAIS PARA ADOLESCENTES EM CUMPRIMENTO DE MEDIDA SOCIOEDUCATIVA
O presente trabalho tem como objetivo analisar as políticas públicas educacionais voltadas para reinserção social do adolescente em conflito com a lei no estado do Paraná. A metodologia consistiu em um estudo bibliográfico de livros, artigos e normativas. O direito de acesso à educação é direito fundamental previsto na Constituição República Federativa do Brasil de 1988, portanto, com o advento do Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente de 1990 endossou o mesmo raciocínio ampliando os direitos e garantias. A estrutura organizacional da educação nacional é estabelecida pela Lei de Diretrizes e Bases, de 1996. As políticas públicas para adolescentes em conflito com a lei incluem, a nível nacional, a Educação de Jovens e Adultos, de 2000, e em nível estadual o Programa de Educação nas Unidades Socioeducativas, em vigor desde 2005 no estado do Paraná. Embora recentes, as políticas públicas são essenciais para a reinserção social do adolescente em conflito com a lei em cumprimento de medida socioeducativa.

Abstract:
The present work aims to analyze public educational policies aimed at the social reintegration of adolescents in conflict with the law in the state of Paraná. The methodology consisted of a bibliographic study of books, articles and regulations. The right of access to education is a fundamental right provided for in the Constitution of the Federative Republic of Brazil of 1988, therefore, with the advent of the 1990 Child and Adolescent Statute, which endorsed the same reasoning, expanding rights and guarantees. The organizational structure of national education is established by the Law of Directives and Bases of 1996. Public policies for adolescents in conflict with the law include, at the national level, Education and Youth and Adults, from 2000, and at the state level, the Education Program in Socio-educational Units, in force since 2005 in the state of Paraná. Although recent, public policies are essential for the social reintegration of adolescents in conflict with the law in compliance with socio-educational measures.
