POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS E O SISTEMA NACIONAL DO MEIO AMBIENTE
O presente trabalho tem como objetivo destacar a responsabilidade do Poder Público em efetivas políticas públicas, bem como conceituá-la e elencar a sua importância para a sociedade na preservação do meio para as futuras gerações. Tendo o Sistema Nacional do Meio Ambiente (SISNAMA), um papel fundamental na proteção do meio ambiente que se dá pela criação de normal, fiscalização, licenciamento e estudos do meio ambiente. A relevância desse estudo possui caráter social, uma vez que a discussão sobre o referido tema é essencial e necessário para a visualização e compreensão dos fatores que podem causar impactos negativos ao meio ambiente, além de práticas educativas para a preservação do meio ambiente para as presentes e futuras gerações, orientadas pelos valores da preservação, cautela e respeito a coletividade. Utilizou-se do método hipotético-dedutivo para obtenção das conclusões, valendo-se de material jurídico, a partir de livros, artigos científicos, legislações e sites online que foram analisados na elaboração da pesquisa.

Abstract:
This work aims to highlight the responsibility of the Public Power ineffective public policies, as well as conceptualize it and list its importance for society in preserving the environment for future generations. Having the National Environment System (SISNAMA), a fundamental role in the protection of the environment through the creation of normal, inspection, licensing, and environmental studies. The relevance of this study has a social character, since the discussion on that topic is essential and necessary for the visualization and understanding of the factors that can cause negative impacts to the environment, in addition to educational practices for the preservation of the environment for the present and future generations, guided by the values of preservation, caution, and respect for the community. The hypothetical-deductive method was used to obtain the conclusions, using legal material, from books, scientific articles, legislation, and online sites that were analyzed in the elaboration of the research.
