“POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS DE FORMAÇÃO EDUCACIONAL DO TRABALHADOR”
O artigo tem como objetivo discutir as Políticas Públicas de Formação Educacional do Trabalhador com base nas políticas públicas implementadas pelos Ministérios do Trabalho e Empego e Educação, sobre a qualificação social e profissional sob a perspectiva vivida nos meu longos anos como professor e técnico atuante nas atividades de monitoramento e supervisão dessas ações in loco Pode-se dizer que a tentativa de definir esta experiência como fonte motivacional para o melhoramento das práticas educativas implementadas em sala de aula nos cursos de formação profissional que atualmente ministro nas instituições de ensino em Uberlândia/MG. Nas quais utilizo a contextualização e a Interdisciplinaridade entre as disciplinas para ampliar a formação educacional do trabalhador. O Mundo competitivo e capitalista que apresenta inúmeras facetas que necessitam ser exploradas para que os sentidos atribuídos a ela possam ser compreendidos. As práticas educativas vivenciadas por meio conhecimentos novos produzido não no centro dos territórios disciplinares, mas nas esferas onde se encontra o trabalhador, assumindo, dessa forma, características de conhecimento de fronteira. A formação educacional do trabalhador está em permanente construção, é com este propósito de construir-lhe um uma melhor compreensão e contextualização das disciplinas ministradas e, principalmente, pensá-la como atitude pedagógica, para a formação educacional do trabalhador comprometida em superar a fragmentação do conhecimento escolar.

Abstract:
The article aims to discuss the Public Policies of Educational Training of the Worker based on the public policies implemented by the Ministry of Labor and Employee on the social and professional qualification under the perspective lived in my long years as teacher and technician active in the activities of monitoring and supervision of these actions in loco It can be said that the attempt to define this experience as a motivational source for the improvement of educational practices implemented in the classroom in the professional training courses that currently minister in educational institutions in Uberlândia / MG. In which I use the contextualization and the interdisciplinarity between the disciplines to amplify the educational formation of the worker. The competitive and capitalist world that presents many facets that need to be explored so that the meanings attributed to it can be understood. The educational practices lived through new knowledge produced not in the center of the disciplinary territories, but in the spheres where the worker is, assuming, in this way, characteristics of border knowledge. The educational training of the worker is in permanent construction, it is with this purpose to build him a better understanding and contextualization of the disciplines taught and, mainly, to think of it as pedagogical attitude, for the educational formation of the worker committed to overcome the fragmentation of the school knowledge.
