POLÍTICAS LINGUÍSTICAS E INCLUSÃO DE SURDOS NA UNIVERSIDADE A PARTIR DO EVENTO ARTES & LIBRAS EM CICLO
Este relato traz como tema central políticas linguísticas e de inclusão de minorias linguísticas no âmbito universitário a partir da realização do Artes & Libras em Ciclo; evento relizado na Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina (UDESC) e promovido por meio da disciplina de Língua Brasileira de Sinais (Libras) do curso de licenciatura em Artes Visuais do Centro de Artes (CEART). Nosso objetivo é compartilhar um relato desse evento tendo como recorte algumas ações e atividades realizadas voltadas à formação educacional, cultural, artística e humana dos participantes envolvidos. Entendemos que a Libras, enquanto componente curricular obrigatótio nas universidades, deve ser planejada e oferecida a partir da perspectiva de formação docente, preparando os acadêmicos enquanto futuros professores de Surdos em escolas inclusivas. O evento Artes & Libras em Ciclo organizado pela professora da disciplina e pelos alunos do curso de Artes Visuais da UDESC é uma ferramenta de facilitação do conhecimento e de instrumentalização dos acadêmicos e que, além de promover um importante momento de intercâmbio entre os participantes e a comunidade Surda, implica diretamente a promoção de políticas linguísticas e de inclusão dos Surdos na universidade, sobretudo porque as ações e atividades promovidas no evento contribuem diretamente para que a Libras e seus falantes ocupem e protagonizem diferentes espaços, dentro e fora da instituição.

Abstract:
This report brings as a central theme linguistic and inclusion policies of linguistic minorities in the university environment from the realization of Artes & Libras in Cycle; event held State University of Santa Catarina (UDESC) and promoted through the Brazilian Sign Language (Libras) in the Visual Arts degree at the Center of Arts (CEART). Our goal is to share an account of this event taking a fell cuts of some activities performed focused on the linguistic, artistic and human formation of the participants involved. Our understanding is that Libras, as a compulsory curricular component in degree education, must be planned and offered from the perspective of teacher education, preparing academics as future teachers of the Deaf in inclusive schools. The Arts & Libras in Cycle event organized by the discipline's teacher and students of the UDESC Visual Arts course, is a tool for facilitating the knowledge and instrumentalization of academics, beyond promoting an important moment of exchange between participants and the Deaf community. It also directly implies the promotion of linguistics policies and inclusion of the Deaf within the university, especially because the activities promoted at the event contribute to Libras and the users of this language occupying different artistic and academic spaces, inside and outside the institution.
