POLÍTICAS INTERSETORIAIS: O CASO DO ACOMPANHAMENTO DAS CONDICIONALIDADES NO PROGRAMA BOLSA FAMÍLIA (PBF)
Este artigo apresenta resultados de uma pesquisa que teve como objetivo analisar o acompanhamento das condicionalidades do Programa Bolsa Família (PBF), num município de médio porte da Região de Saúde do Extremo Oeste de Santa Catarina. Trata-se de um estudo de cunho qualitativo, feito com a participação de profissionais atuantes nas políticas da saúde, educação e assistência social. A coleta de dados foi realizada por meio de uma entrevista via online, participaram nove profissionais com escolaridade em nível superior e responsáveis pelo acompanhamento das condicionalidades junto as famílias beneficiárias no município. Dentre os resultados obtidos, percebeu-se que, existem fragilidades na comunicação entre as três políticas, com necessidade de fortalecimento de práticas intersetoriais. O cumprimento das condicionalidades contribui para redução das vulnerabilidades familiares, e o acompanhamento das mesmas, necessita ser realizada visando a equidade social.

Abstract:
This article presents the results of a research that aimed to analyze the monitoring of the conditionalities of the Bolsa Família Program (PBF), in a medium-sized municipality in the Health Region of the Extreme West of Santa Catarina. This is a qualitative study, done with the participation of professionals working in health, education and social assistance policies. Data collection was performed through an online interview, nine professionals with higher education and responsible for monitoring conditionalities with the beneficiary families in the municipality participated. Among the results obtained, it was noticed that there are weaknesses in the communication between the three policies, with the need to strengthen intersectoral practices. Compliance with conditionalities contributes to the reduction of family vulnerabilities, and their monitoring needs to be carried out in order to reduce social equity.
