POLÍTICAS DE SAÚDE PARA GESTANTES USUÁRIAS DE CRACK: RESULTADOS EM SOBRAL-CE
No município de Sobral - CE, o
atendimento à gestante usuária de crack é
realizado de forma diferenciada desde 2010 por
meio de um programa específico vinculado à
Estratégia Trevo de Quatro Folhas, oferecendo
um apoio a essas mulheres grávidas com o
intuito de melhorar as condições de nascimento
dos recém-nascidos e fortalecer os vínculos
familiares. Esta pesquisa objetiva investigar
a atuação da Rede de Cuidados à Gestante
Usuária de Crack, conforme os serviços
disponíveis no município. Conclui-se que é
fundamental que os serviços de saúde sejam
comprometidos e estabeleçam prioridades,
agindo intersetorialmente e com os recursos da
comunidade.

Abstract:
In the municipality of Sobral - CE,
the care given to the pregnant woman who
uses crack is performed differently since 2010
through a specific program linked to the Four
Leaf Clover Strategy, offering support to these
pregnant women with the aim of improving the
conditions of newborns and strengthen family
ties. This research aims at investigating the
performance of the Care Network to the Crack
User, according to the services available in the
city. It is concluded that it is essential that health
services be committed and establish priorities,
acting intersectorally and with the resources of
the community.
