POLÍTICA PÚBLICA EDUCACIONAL: A IMPORTÂNCIA DO PROGRAMA “ESTOU PRESENTE, PROFESSOR” PARA A ERRADICAÇÃO DA EVASÃO ESCOLAR NO MUNICÍPIO DE SÃO BENTO DO UNA – PE
O presente trabalho propõe uma análise reflexiva sobre a implementação de uma política pública educacional, o Programa Estou Presente Professor (PEPP) que trouxe mudanças positivas para a Educação de São Bento do Una – PE, abrangendo toda a educação básica, desde a Educação Infantil à educação de jovens ou adultos. Deste modo, esta pesquisa teve como objetivo geral analisar a proposta do projeto “Estou Presente, professor”, observando se suas metas, previamente estabelecidas, foram e estão sendo alcançadas e qual a sua relevância no âmbito da Educação Municipal de São Bento do Una – PE. Apresenta-se como uma pesquisa qualitativa exploratória envolvendo levantamento bibliográfico, com o olhar de alguns autores sobre a importância da educação e relevância da temática, bem como apresentando um estudo de caso, tendo como referência a investigação da aplicabilidade do Programa em toda rede municipal. Diante dos dados coletados foi possível detectar a importância de se trabalhar com a proposta de projetos ou programas sólidos uma vez que os mesmos podem interferir positivamente na qualidade da educação e, que o PEPP é uma Política Pública Educacional que está dando certo pois existe o compromisso e o engajamento de todos que estão envolvidos no processo educacional.

Abstract:
The present work proposes a reflexive analysis on the implementation of an educational public policy, the Program I am Present Teacher (PEPP) that brought positive changes for the Education of Saint Benedict of Una - PE, covering all basic education, from Early Childhood Education to education of young people or adults. In this way, this research had as general objective to analyze the proposal of the project "I am Present, teacher", observing if its previously established goals were and are being reached and what their relevance in the scope of Municipal Education of São Bento do Una - PE. It is presented as a qualitative exploratory research involving a bibliographical survey, with the view of some authors on the importance of education and relevance of the thematic, as well as presenting a case study, having as reference the investigation of the applicability of the Program in all municipal network. Given the data collected, it was possible to detect the importance of working with the proposal of solid projects or programs since they can interfere positively in the quality of education and that PEPP is an Educational Public Policy that is working because there is a commitment and the engagement of everyone involved in the educational process.
