Abstract: This article aims to conduct an analysis of the National Health Policy for Persons with Disabilities. A qualitative approach and an integrative literature review method were employed. Data were collected through the selection and review of articles and documents found in databases such as the Scientific Electronic Library (SciELO), Latin American Literature in Health Sciences (LILACS), the electronic library of UNB, Federal Government websites (Ministry of Health), and Legislation (Federal Constitution). Inclusion and exclusion criteria were established for the articles, selecting publications that addressed the theme of the national health policy for persons with disabilities. Initially, 45 articles were pre-selected, of which 20 were used for the systematic search and review within the topic. The results revealed that persons with disabilities have achieved rights and experienced significant improvements over time, with the National Health Policy for Persons with Disabilities standing out as an important advancement in promoting equal access to health services. However, the effective implementation of this policy requires ongoing commitment from all parties involved to ensure that individuals with disabilities have access to adequate, inclusive, and quality healthcare. This will contribute to the construction of a fairer and more inclusive society for all.
