POLÍTICA EDUCACIONAL E A PERSPECTIVA DA FORMAÇÃO CIDADÃ NA EDUCAÇÃO BÁSICA
O presente texto realiza discussões presentes no contexto da política educacional, buscando compreendê-la como possibilidade de formação para a cidadania no contexto atual. Tendo em vista que o debate sobre a política na área da educação, principalmente no campo da educação básica, vem se afirmando num campo de disputa na produção do conhecimento, conforme tem constatado os relatórios de pesquisas nos últimos anos. O fortalecimento dessa discussão ganha força a partir da pesquisa de natureza bibliográfica e assentada na abordagem qualitativa. Desse modo, o texto em evidencia levanta uma discussão relevante no que tange o acesso à educação e sua relação na construção da cidadania, uma vez que vivemos num estado democrático de direito, como assegura a Constituição da República Federativa do Brasil de 1988. Assim, as reflexões levantadas neste texto, apontam que as pesquisas realizadas nesta área necessitam não apenas ampliar o campo de produção, mas garantir um amadurecimento no que integra a produção escrita. Outrossim, se revela na percepção do lugar que é dado na relação da política educacional com vista a pensar a formação para a cidadania no contexto Brasileiro. Destacou-se que, tanto o direito à educação quanto formação cidadã no contexto da educação básica são elementos em construção e, portanto, carece de aprofundamento no campo teórico.

Abstract:
The present text carries out discussions present in the context of educational policy, seeking to understand it as a possibility of training for citizenship in the current context. Bearing in mind that the debate on policy in the area of education, especially in the field of basic education, has been asserting itself in a field of dispute in the production of knowledge, as research reports have shown in recent years. The strengthening of this discussion gains strength from research of a bibliographic nature and based on a qualitative approach. In this way, the text in evidence raises a relevant discussion regarding access to education and its relationship in the construction of citizenship, since we live in a democratic state of law, as guaranteed by the Constitution of the Federative Republic of Brazil of 1988. Thus, the reflections raised in this text point out that the research carried out in this area needs not only to expand the field of production, but also to guarantee a maturing in what integrates written production. Furthermore, it is revealed in the perception of the place that is given in the relationship of educational policy with a view to thinking about training for citizenship in the Brazilian context. It was highlighted that both the right to education and citizen training in the context of basic education are elements under construction and, therefore, lack of depth in the theoretical field.
