POLÍTICA EDUCACIONAL BRASILEIRA: breves reflexões.
Desde o período colonial brasileiro, a educação tinha característica de elite, pois era voltada apenas para os filhos de colonos que residiam no país. Com o advento das revoluções burguesas e o Estado liberal, a educação era voltada para os anseios dos detentores do poder. Assim, com o pós-Guerra Mundial, tratados internacionais consolidaram a educação como um direito humano. Embora o sistema de ensino ainda tenha traços elitizados, as edições de legislações específicas passaram a promover uma educação inclusiva, além do povo clamar por ser gratuita e de qualidade. A pesquisa realizada pelo método dedutivo e empírico, com obras doutrinárias, tem por objetivo de analisar as políticas educacionais e o contexto socioeconômico no qual foram elaboradas.

Abstract:
Since the Brazilian colonial period, education had an elite characteristic, since it was aimed only at the children of settlers who resided in the country. With the advent of bourgeois revolutions and the liberal state, education was geared to the desires of those in power. Thus, with the post-World War, international treaties consolidated education as a human right. Although the education system still has elitist traits, specific legislation editions have started to promote inclusive education, in addition to the people claiming it is free and of quality. The research carried out by the deductive and empirical method, with doctrinal works, aims to analyze the educational policies and the socioeconomic context in which they were developed.
