PODER PÚBLICO, TIC E E-GOV: UMA ANÁLISE ACERCA DO USO DAS NOVAS TECNOLOGIAS NA ADMINISTRAÇÃO PÚBLICA
O presente trabalho tem por objetivo a
análise acerca do impacto das novas Tecnologias
da Informação e Comunicação na Sociedade
e a sua utilização pelo Poder Público, em
especial, na implantação do governo eletrônico
(e-gov). Para tanto, empregou-se o método
de abordagem dedutivo, aliado à pesquisa
bibliográfica e documental, procedendo-se
primeiro um levantamento bibliográfico acerca
das TIC e os seus impactos sociais, seguido
de um levantamento sobre governo eletrônico
e análise de dados da pesquisa TIC Governo
Eletrônico 2013, realizada pelo Cômite Gestor
da Internet. Assim, conclui-se que, após todas
as mudanças experimentadas pela Sociedade
nos últimos anos por conta do advento das
TIC, o Poder Público, gradativamente, está se
adaptando a nova organização social. Isso se
dá, principalmente, com a implementação de
ferramentas em todas as esferas de poder que
permitem que os cidadãos fiscalizem a participem
ativamente da atividade governamental, dentro
do que hoje denomina-se governo eletrônico.

Abstract:
This paper aims at the analysis of the
impact of new Information and Communication
Technologies in the society and its use by the
Government, in particular the implementation
of the Electronic Government (e-gov). For
this, it was used the deductive method of
approach, combined with bibliographical and
documentary research, added to the descriptive
and explanatory methods, proceeding first
a literature about ICT and its social impacts,
followed by a survey about the Electronic
Government and an analysis about the data
from the ICT E-Government in 2013 research,
conducted by the Brazilian Internet Steering
Committee. Thus, it is concluded that, after all
the changes experimented by the society in
recent years by the advent of ICT accounts,
the Government is gradually adapting to the
new social organization. This happens mainly
because of the implementation of tools in all
spheres of power that allow citizens to supervise
and actively participate in government activity,
in what today is called e-government.
