PNAIC E AS CONTRIBUIÇÕES PARA AS PRÁTICAS PEDAGÓGICAS
O estudo do programa PNAIC (Pacto Nacional Pela Alfabetização na Idade Certa) constitui-se parte integrante do Projeto de Pesquisa desenvolvido junto ao Programa de Pós-graduação em Educação, intitulado “A Formação Continuada sob a ótica de professores dos Anos Iniciais do município do Rio Grande, RS”. A partir da análise das temáticas dos cadernos de formação, foi possível extrair as sugestões metodológicas nelas postas e, a partir das mesmas, analisar as contribuições para as práticas pedagógicas dos professores atuantes nos primeiros anos da Educação Básica. Implantado em julho de 2012, o PNAIC teve como principal meta capacitar os professores no sentido de garantir as crianças o direito à alfabetização plena até os oito anos de idade, sendo uma das políticas publicas de formação continuada efetivadas a partir da Lei nº 11. 114, de 16 de maio de 2005 que tornou a matrícula das crianças de seis anos de idade no Ensino Fundamental obrigatória e a Lei nº 11.274, de 6 de fevereiro de 2006 que ampliou o Ensino Fundamental para nove anos de duração. O programa do PNAIC não propôs um método específico, mas sugestões metodológicas. Destarte, o Pacto Nacional Pela Alfabetização na Idade Certa passa a ser objeto de estudo e análise, por constituir-se uma política pública de formação continuada e pelas contribuições as práticas pedagógicas possibilitadas pelas formações dentro do Programa.

Abstract:
The study of the PNAIC program (National Pact for Literacy at the Right Age) is an integral part of the Research Project developed with the Post-graduate Program in Education, entitled “Continuing Teacher Education from the perspective of Elementary School teachers from the municipality of Rio Grande, RS”. From the analysis of the themes of the training books, it was possible to extract the methodological suggestions put in them and, from them, to analyze the contributions to the pedagogical practices of the teachers working in the first years of Basic Education. Implemented in July 2012, the main goal of PNAIC was to train teachers in order to guarantee children the right to full literacy up to the age of eight, being one of the public policies for continuing education made effective by Law No. 11. 114 , of May 16, 2005, which made the enrollment of six-year-old children in Elementary Education mandatory and Law No. 11,274, of February 6, 2006, which expanded Elementary Education to nine years in duration. The PNAIC program did not propose a specific method, but methodological suggestions. Thus, the National Pact for Literacy at the Right Age becomes an object of study and analysis, as it constitutes a public policy for continuing teacher education and for the contributions to the pedagogical practices made possible by the training within the Program.
