PLURALIDADE CULTURAL: CONFLITOS NO AMBIENTE ESCOLAR E O ESPAÇO PARA A CULTURA DE PAZ
O presente trabalho tem como intuito versar sobre as problemáticas e os conflitos que se manifestam no ambiente escolar em função da diversidade cultural, dos modos diferentes de viver que ali convergem e das interações pela linguagem. Nos dias atuais, o modelo da Justiça Retributiva não tem sido suficiente para suprir os anseios de todas as partes envolvidas no processo e, desse modo, urge a necessidade de que seja utilizada uma metodologia diversa desta para dar uma resolução - ou até mesmo transformar - os embates que acontecem no dia a dia de forma que tanto infrator, quanto vítima, sejam atendidos. É nesse contexto que se encaixa a Justiça Restaurativa, uma metodologia que prioriza o diálogo e a cultura de paz, uma abordagem em que os envolvidos são atores na assunção de seu papel como agressores e/ou vítimas, em oposição à mera punição proporcionada pelo sistema convencional. Nesse sentido, foram analisados dados da CIPAVE (Comissão Interna de Prevenção à Acidentes e Violência Escolar) com o intuito de demonstrar que a maioria dos atos violentos gerados no ambiente escolar são decorrentes do bullying ou do cyberbullying, ou seja, da intolerância/dificuldade que as crianças e os adolescentes têm de lidar com o diferente quando se deparam com algo plural, com algo que vai além da sua própria realidade e do seu eu. Com o objetivo de fundamentar o estudo desse fenômeno social, o trabalho teve como fonte a teoria interacionista, cujo tema de pesquisa pauta problemas que se constroem nas relações sociais, sendo que essas estão, no século XXI, em seu ápice, bem como a teoria semiolinguística de análise do discurso, tendo em vista as grandes redes de comunicação e interação possibilitadas pelo fenômeno globalização.

Abstract:
The present work aim to discuss about the problematics and the conflicts that express themselves in the school environment in function of the cultural diversity, the different ways of living that there converge and the interactions through the language. In nowadays, the model of the Retributive Justice has not been enough to supply the desires of all the parts involved in the process and, thereby, urge the necessity that a diverse methodology to give a resolution - or even transform - the debates that happens in the day by day so that both offender and victim, be attended. It's in this context that fits the Restorative Justice, a methodology that prioritize the dialogue and the peace culture, an approach that people involved are the actors in the assumption of its own role as offender and/or victim, in opposition to the mere punishment provide by the convencional system. In this sense, data of the CIPAVE (Internal Commissions for the Prevention of Accidents and School Violence) were analysed with the purpose of showing that the majority of the violents acts generated in the school environment are due to the bullying and cyberbullying, that is, to the intolerance/difficulty that the children and the teenagers has to deal with what is different when they see themselves in front of something plural, with something that goes beyond of their reality and from itself. With the objective of substantiate the study of this social phenomenon, the work had as source the interactionist theory, whose theme of research are the problems that build themselves in the social relations, these are, in the XXI century, in its apex, as well as the semi-linguistic theory of speech analysis, in view of the large communication and interaction networks made possible by the globalization phenomenon.
