PLENITUDE DE DEFESA E PARIDADE DE ARMAS NO TRIBUNAL DO JÚRI
O presente trabalho se ocupa da função de analisar os pressupostos legais acerca
do uso da Plenitude de Defesa e Paridade de Armas perante o Tribunal do Júri, observando o
momento ideal de uso de cada recurso, bem como seus limites e os diferentes formatos que
podem assumir. Serão abordados os efeitos diretos e indiretos do cerceamento destes recursos,
ou seja, o que acontece quando algum dos polos de um processo litigioso é privado de fazer
uso de um elemento determinante em sua tese, na construção de um argumento que seja capaz
de contradizer as alegações feitas pelo outro litigante. Visando demonstrar que, por mais que
estes princípios sejam assegurados por lei, nem sempre são aplicados de maneira correta,
vindo a acarretar nulidades no processo.

Abstract:
The present work deals with the function of analyzing the legal assumptions
regarding the use of Full Defense and Arms Parity before the Jury Court, observing the ideal
moment of use of each resource, as well as their limits and the different formats they can
assume. The direct and indi rect effects of these resources' restriction will be addressed, that
is, what happens when one of the poles of a litigious process is deprived of using a
determining element in its thesis, in the construction of an argument that is capable of
contradicting the allegations made by the other litigant. In order to demonstrate that, even
though these principles are guaranteed by law, they are not always applied correctly, leading
to nullities in the process.
