PLANEJAMENTO, ORGANIZAÇÃO E ESTRUTURAÇÃO DE WEBCONFERÊNCIA: ELEMENTO MEDIADOR DO PROCESSO DE ENSINO-APRENDIZAGEM NA EDUCAÇÃO A DISTÂNCIA
Espera-se, a partir deste estudo, discutir o valor da interatividade através do ambiente virtual síncrono no contexto da Educação a Distância (EaD) por meio de um instrumento chamado webconferência. Ao lançar mão dessa ferramenta dialógica, utilizando um modelo comunicativo multimídia como ambiente e realizando encontros online mais participativos, o aprendizado torna-se mais fácil, e a assimilação do conteúdo proposto, mais efetiva. Este resumo expandido tem a intenção de analisar a utilização pedagógica em torno das possíveis aplicações da webconferência, um mecanismo de comunicação síncrona, o qual vem sendo cada vez mais utilizado na Educação a Distância brasileira. Será realizada uma abordagem sobre a possibilidade de inserção dessa tecnologia no contexto do desenvolvimento da comunicação em um curso a distância sobre Agenda Ambiental da Administração Pública (A3P), na Universidade Federal de Pernambuco (UFPE). Nesse curso, que será de curta duração (40h/a), pretende-se implantar a webconferência com o objetivo de trabalhar aspectos referentes à comunicação, afetividade, sequência didática, entre outros. Após a realização dessa experiência, será necessária a aplicação de questionários semiestruturados sobre “como os alunos avaliaram e quais as consequências observadas a partir do uso da webconferência na EaD”. Os resultados obtidos nessa experiência serão sistematizados, identificando-se os entraves e destacando-se as contribuições mais relevantes que a webconferência traz para o aprendizado. Tentar-se-á mostrar, também, que, para o bom uso dessa ferramenta, é muito importante um eficiente planejamento pedagógico, assim como uma detalhada programação das atividades, a fim de se obter melhor organização e eficiência nas aulas

Abstract:
: It is hoped, from this study, to discuss the value of interactivity through the synchronous virtual environment in the context of Distance Education through an instrument called webconference. By using this dialogic tool, using a multimedia communicative model as an environment and conducting more participatory online meetings, learning becomes easier, and the assimilation of the proposed content is more effective. This expanded abstract intends to analyze the pedagogical use around the possible applications of webconference, a mechanism of synchronous communication, which has been increasingly used in Brazilian Distance Education. An approach will be carried out on the possibility of insertion of this technology in the context of the development of the communication in a distance course on Agenda Ambiental naAdministração Pública (A3P), at the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE). In this course, which will be of short duration, we intend to implement web conferencing in order to work on aspects related to communication, affectivity, didactic sequence, among others. After this experience, it will be necessary to apply semi-structured questionnaires on “how the students evaluated and what the consequences observed from the use of web conferencing in the Distance Education.” The results obtained in this experiment will be systematized, identifying the obstacles and highlighting the most relevant contributions that the webconference brings to the learning. It will also be tried to show that, for the good use of this tool, an efficient pedagogical planning is very important, as well as a detailed programming of the activities, in order to obtain better organization and efficiency in the classes.
