PLANEJAMENTO EM SAÚDE E FORMAÇÃO MÉDICA: REPERCUSSÕES ENTRE ESTUDANTES DE MEDICINA DE UMA UNIVERSIDADE PÚBLICA DA AMAZÔNIA BRASILEIRA
Na Saúde Coletiva o planejamento não é uma ferramenta, um instrumento ou uma técnica, mas uma área disciplinar, que toma este como um processo social e histórico, comprometido com a transformação. Objetivo do presente trabalho é analisar as repercussões de um exercício de planejamento em saúde na formação médica, pela perspectiva de acadêmicos do curso de Medicina da UFAM/Manaus. Trata-se de estudo qualitativo e documental, do tipo descritivo e exploratório, que analisa os produtos de de um exercício de planejamento em saúde, realizado no período de janeiro a maio de 2022. O exercício de planejamento, além de propiciar a construção de um olhar critico e a ampliação da compreenção do processo saúde-doença, também oportunizou aos estudantes um espaço de investigação de problemas de saúde coletiva no interior do Amazonas, bem como a identificação de ferramentas importantes para a gestão e tomada de decisão, dialogando com as proposições das Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais para a Graduação em Medicina (2014). Portanto, o planejamento em saúde, a partir da Saúde Coletiva, impacta na formação médica, ao exigir um olhar ampliado sobre os problemas e necessidades em saúde.

Abstract:
In Public Health, planning is not a tool, an instrument or a technique, but a disciplinary area, which takes it as a social and historical process, committed to transformation. The objective of the present work is to analyze the repercussions of a health planning exercise, in medical education, from the perspective of academics from the Medicine course at UFAM Manaus. This is a qualitative and documentary study, of the descriptive and exploratory type, which analyzes the products of a health planning exercise, carried out from January to May 2022. The planning exercise, in addition to providing the construction of a critical look and the expansion of the understanding of the health-disease process, also provided the students with an opportunity to investigate collective health problems in the interior of Amazonas, as well as the identification of important tools for management and decision making, dialoguing with the propositions of the National Curriculum Guidelines for Undergraduate Medicine Courses (2014). Therefore, health planning, based on Collective Health, impacts medical training, as it requires a broader view of health problems and needs.
