PLANEJAMENTO DE ENSINO: UMA FERRAMENTA INDISPENSÁVEL PARA O SUCESSO DA PRÁTICA DOCENTE
O presente artigo tem como principal objetivo analisar as ações dos
professores em relação à elaboração do planejamento de ensino e do plano de aula,
ato que é indispensável para uma prática docente que leve todo o processo de
aprendizagens a ter um bom êxito, assim como também apresentar algumas
definições sobre o tema. Trazendo questões correspondente ao “Planejamento”,
algumas reflexões teóricas, seu conceito, os diferentes tipos e etapas enfocando o
plano de ensino. Outro ponto em estudo se refere aos documentos oficiais, que
apresenta a Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação Nacional, os Parâmetros
Curriculares Nacionais, o Referencial Curricular da Educação Básica do Estado de
Alagoas e os exames nacionais (SAEB, Provinha Brasil, Prova Brasil e SAVEAL),
buscando neles, afirmações acerca do planejamento de ensino. Apresentando,
também uma reflexão por meio de bases teóricas como Gandin, 2007, Luckesi,
1992 Cruz e Gandin, 2011, Lück, 1991, Libâneo, 1994, Menegolla & Sant’anna,
2001, Moretto, 2010, a LDBEN 9394/96 e os PCN`s – dentre outros autores que se
relacionam com o tema de maneira abrangente e objetiva, acompanhada de uma
pesquisa de campo semi-estruturada, cujos dados foram coletados por meio de
aplicação de um questionário a professores de algumas escolas da rede municipal e
estadual da cidade de Penedo/AL e de Neópolis/SE. Esse trabalho enfoca os vários
tipos, conceitos e etapas de planejamento de ensino, aborda sobre as implicações
que alguns documentos oficiais trazem sobre o planejamento de ensino. Dessa
forma, acredita-se que esta apreciação da teoria e da prática da realidade de alguns
professores quanto das questões referentes ao planejamento de ensino, possa
colaborar para o sucesso escolar e os avanços dos alunos.

Abstract:
The main objective of this article is to analyze the actions of teachers in
relation to the elaboration of teaching planning and the lesson plan, an act that is
indispensable for a teaching practice that leads the whole process of learning to be
successful, as well as some definitions on the subject. Bringing questions
corresponding to "Planning", some theoretical reflections, its concept, the different
types and stages focusing on the teaching plan. Another point in the study refers to
the official documents, which presents the Law on Guidelines and Bases of National
Education, the National Curricular Parameters, the Basic Education Curriculum
Framework for the State of Alagoas and the national exams (SAEB, Provinha Brasil,
Prova Brasil and SAVEAL), seeking in them, statements about educational planning.
It also presents a reflection through theoretical bases such as Gandin, 2007, Luckesi,
1992 Cruz and Gandin, 2011, Lück, 1991, Libâneo, 1994, Menegolla & Sant'anna,
2001, Moretto, 2010, LDBEN 9394/96 and the PCN's - among other authors that
relate to the subject in a comprehensive and objective manner, accompanied by a
semi-structured field research, whose data were collected through the application of
a questionnaire to teachers of some schools of the municipal network and state of
Penedo / AL and Neopolis / SE. This paper focuses on the various types, concepts
and stages of teaching planning, addresses the implications of some official
documents on teaching planning. Thus, it is believed that this appreciation of the
theory and practice of the reality of some teachers as well as the issues related to
teaching planning can contribute to the success of the school and the progress of the
students.
