PLAN DE EMERGENCIA ESCOLAR PARA LOS NIVELES EDUCATIVOS PRIMARIA, SECUNDARIA, MEDIO SUPERIOR Y SUPERIOR EN SAN MIGUEL TEOTONGO, IZTAPALAPA, CIUDAD DE MÉXICO
A principios del año 2020, comenzó en China la propagación del virus SARS-COV2 por todo el mundo y declarada como pandemia global por la Organización Mundial de la Salud (OMS). Lo anterior, generó desafíos a los sistemas de educación a nivel mundial, las políticas educativas y la enseñanza del conocimiento duro de las ciencias exactas, lo que no estaban preparadas para impartirse de manera virtual. Por dicha razón, México enfrenta una crisis generada por la pandemia con deficiencias en el sistema educativo y en la enseñanza de las Ciencias Básicas (CBAS) que son la base de un pensamiento lógico – crítico – reflexivo, con un enfoque particular en las materias de Matemáticas, Física y Química, en los diferentes niveles educativos como el nivel básico, medio superior y superior. El presente artículo pretende aportar el denominado Plan de Emergencia Escolar para apoyar a las instituciones educativas en los diferentes niveles a través de clases remediales entre pares con el fin de lograr la democratización educativa e incrementar el nivel académico.

Abstract:
At the beginning of the year 2020, the spread of the SARS-COV2 virus began in China throughout the world and was declared a global pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO). The foregoing generated challenges to education systems worldwide, educational polices and the teaching of hard knowledge of exact sciences, which were not prepared to be taught virtually. For this reason, Mexico is facing a crisis generated by the teaching of Basic Sciences (CBAS), which are the basis of reflective critical logical thinking, with a particular focus on the subjects of Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry, at the different educational levels such as the basic, upper middle and higher levels. This article aims to provide the so-called School Emergency Plan to support educational institutions at different levels through remedial classes among peers in order to achieve educational democratization and increase the academic level.
