PISO SALARIAL DOCENTE NO ESTADO DE MATO GROSSO SUL: APROXIMAÇÕES E PERSPECTIVAS
O presente artigo realiza uma aproximação à discussão da política do Piso para professor da educação básica na rede pública do estado de Mato Grosso do Sul. Tem como objetivos conhecer os instrumentos documentais de implantação e implementação da política salarial docente, especialmente o Piso, e compreender a organização do Estado no processo de valorização e manutenção da Política do Piso. A metodologia está pautada no estudo documental a partir dos dados relativos a composição salarial, dos principais institutos de pesquisa e dados MDE. A pesquisa compreende que a implantação do PSPN não é um mero plano definidor de um teto remuneratório, mas um conjunto de condições articuladas que faz efetivamente o salário docente constituir um caráter político. Embora seja um anseio antigo da categoria de professores, a consolidação do PSPN representa um desafio para a política educacional nacional, regional e local.

Abstract:
This article brings us closer to the discussion of the policy of the floor for basic education teachers in the public system of the state of Mato Grosso do Sul.The objectives are to understand the documents instruments of implementation of the teaching salary policy, especially the Floor, and to understand the organization of the State in the process of valuing and maintaining the Floor Policy. The methodology is based on the documental study of the wage composition data from the main research institutes and MDE data. The research understands that the implementation of the PSPN is not a mere plan defining a salary ceiling, but a set of articulated conditions that effectively makes the teaching salary a political character. Although it is a long-standing desire of the category of teachers, the consolidation of the PSPN represents a challenge for national, regional and local educational policy.
