PIBID DE BIOLOGIA EM JUÍNA: PERCEPÇÕES DE UM LICENCIANDO RIKBAKTSA
Visando o incentivo a formação docente e a valorização dos professores, a Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (CAPES) em parceria com o Ministério da Educação, foi criado o Programa Institucional de Bolsa de Iniciação à Docência (PIBID). O PIBID tem a finalidade de fomentar a iniciação à docência, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento da formação de docentes em nível superior e para a melhoria da qualidade da educação básica pública brasileira. Nesse sentido, o objetivo foi investigar as contribuições do PIBID na formação docente de um bolsista indígena, do curso de licenciatura em Ciências Biológicas, no PIBID de Biologia em Juína-MT. O método de pesquisa utilizado possui caráter qualitativo, de natureza exploratória com entrevista semiestruturada. As informações foram coletadas a partir da perspectiva do bolsista. As escolas e instituições necessitam compreender como se dá o processo de aprendizagem dos diversos alunos que adentram esses espaços, para contribuir e articular os conhecimentos que possuem e trazem de suas comunidades. A pesquisa retrata um cenário de informações desencontradas, e com insegurança por parte do pibidiano em relação aos objetivos propostos pelo programa. Assim, a visão dele foi diferente do que fora hipotetizada, sucedendo com que o mesmo encontrasse obstáculos na condução das atividades. Desta forma fica claro a importância de uma harmonização efetiva entre as entidades e envolvidos, sendo necessário à construção de especificidades estruturais para que se possa ser melhorada ao tempo que inclui licenciandos pertencentes a classes minoritárias, como os indígenas e os que apresentam Transtornos Globais do Desenvolvimento (TGD).

Abstract:
In order to encourage teacher training and the appreciation of teachers, the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES) in partnership with the Ministry of Education, the Institutional Program for Teaching Initiation Scholarships (PIBID) was created. PIBID has the purpose of promoting initiation to teaching, contributing to the development of teacher training at a higher level and to improving the quality of basic public education in Brazil. In this sense, the objective was to investigate the contributions of PIBID in the teaching training of an indigenous fellow, of the degree course in Biological Sciences, in the PIBID of Biology in Juína-MT. The research method used is qualitative, exploratory in nature with semi-structured interviews. The information was collected from the perspective of the fellow. Schools and institutions need to understand how the learning process of the different students who enter these spaces takes place, in order to contribute and articulate the knowledge they have and bring from their communities. The research portrays a scenario of mismatched information, and with insecurity on the part of the pibidian in relation to the objectives proposed by the program. Thus, his view was different from what had been hypothesized, causing him to encounter obstacles in the conduct of activities. In this way, the importance of effective harmonization between entities and stakeholders becomes clear, being necessary to build structural specificities so that it can be improved at the time that includes undergraduate students belonging to minority classes, such as indigenous people and those with Global Development Disorders. (TGD).
