PESQUISA PARTICIPANTE UMA COMUNIDADE DE VOLUNTÁRIOS: UM ESTUDO DE CASO NA ANAPCI-IRATI
O objetivo deste estudo foi expor através de uma pesquisa participante, como se organiza e o que motiva o trabalho voluntário em uma casa de apoio ao portador de câncer de Irati-PR. Os resultados mostraram que há varias nuances que levam as pessoas a este tipo de prática seja por empatia, altruísmo, sensação de retribuição ou apenas necessidade de pertencer à um grupo. Através disso, pode-se concluir que o trabalho voluntário é uma reciprocidade onde é beneficiado tanto quem recebe quanto quem pratica.

Abstract:
The objective of this study was to expose through participatory research, how it is organized and what motivates voluntary work in a support house for the cancer patient in Irati-PR. The results showed that there are several nuances that lead people to this type of practice, whether through empathy, altruism, feeling of retribution or just the need to belong to a group. Through this, it can be concluded that voluntary work is a reciprocity where both those who receive and those who practice benefit. -
