PERSPECTIVAS PARA A VIDA ADULTA DE ESTUDANTES COM DEFICIÊNCIA: UMA DISCUSSÃO NECESSÁRIA NO COTIDIANO DA ESCOLA CONTEMPORÂNEA
A escola na atualidade demanda
transformações no currículo, estratégias
pedagógicas e formação de recursos humanos
para atender a diversidade existente. E um
dos desafios concernente à escolarização
da pessoa com deficiência está relacionado
ao momento pós-escola. Por isso, a presente
investigação tem como objetivo analisar
as pesquisas publicadas nos anais do VII
Congresso Brasileiro de Educação Especial
e X Encontro Nacional de Pesquisadores da
Educação Especial, no eixo temático de número
dez “Educação Especial, Profissionalização,
Programa de Transição, Trabalho”. Para isso,
foi utilizada como metodologia a pesquisa
integrativa. Consideramos fundamental
analisar os artigos deste eixo temático, pois
foi a primeira vez que surgiu neste evento
uma área de discussão com a concepção da
transição escolar para o mundo do trabalho,
vide a importância deste tema na atualidade.
Os artigos selecionados e analisados apontam
para a necessidade de novas investigações,
além de desdobramentos das que já foram
realizadas no âmbito da transição para o
mundo do trabalho e da profissionalização da
pessoa com deficiência. As reflexões sobre esta
temática colaboram no sentido de avançarmos
em pesquisas e estudos que contemplem ações
que favoreçam o desenvolvimento e autonomia
destes estudantes visando sua transição para a
vida adulta e mundo do trabalho.

Abstract:
The school today demands
changes in the curriculum, pedagogical
strategies and training of human resources
to meet the existing diversity. And one of the
challenges concerning the schooling of people
with disabilities is related to the post-school
momentum. Therefore, the present research
aims to analyze the research published in the
annals of the VII Brazilian Congress of Special Education and X National Meeting of
Researchers of Special Education, in thematic area of number ten “Special Education,
Professionalization, Transition Program, Work” . For this, integrative research was used
as methodology. We consider it fundamental to analyze the articles of this thematic axis,
since it was the first time that an area of discussion with the conception of the school
transition to the world of work emerged, see the importance of this topic in the present
time. The articles selected and analyzed point to the need for new investigations, in
addition to developments that have already been made in the context of the transition
to the world of work and the professionalization of the disabled person. The reflections
on this subject collaborate in the direction of advancing in researches and studies
that contemplate actions that favor the development and autonomy of these students
aiming at their transition to the adult life and world of work.
