PERSPECTIVAS PARA A PRÁTICA DE ENSINO INSTRUMENTAL NA ESCOLA BÁSICA E SUA APLICAÇÃO NA UEB GOMES DE SOUSA, SÃO LUÍS – MA
Este estudo tem como objetivo
relatar a implementação de um projeto de
iniciação à prática de instrumentos musicais
em uma escola da zona rural de São Luís –
MA, como forma complementar ao ensino e
aprendizagem musical dos alunos das séries
finais do ensino fundamental. Como principal
procedimento metodológico selecionado para
a realização deste trabalho de pesquisa,
lançamos mão da pesquisa-ação, visando tecer
elos entre a teoria e a prática, valendo-se de
critérios de investigação de cunho qualitativo.
Com a aplicação de um programa de ensino
instrumental na escola, como elemento
integrante e ao mesmo tempo complementar
às etapas de formação musical dos alunos,
buscamos com esta modalidade de pesquisa,
refletir o ensino formal de música nas escolas
dentro do currículo, analisando a prática
docente e a utilização de sistemas didáticos
próprios para o contexto estudado.

Abstract:
This study aims to report the
implementation of a project initiation to the
practice of musical instruments in a school
countryside of Sao Luis - MA, in order to
complement teaching and learning music of
the students of the final series of elementary
school. As the main methodological procedure
selected to carry out this research work, we
used the action research in order to weave links
between theory and practice making use of
qualitative matrix research criteria. By applying
an instrumental teaching program in school
as an integral element and at the same time
complement the stages of musical training of
students, we seek with this kind of research,
reflect the formal teaching of music in schools
within the curriculum, analyzing teaching
practice and the use of own educational systems
to the context studied.
