PERSPECTIVAS E CONTRIBUIÇÕES DO PROJETO PIBID À CARREIRA DOCENTE
Ao buscar compreender as dificuldades enfrentadas pelos alunos no processo de ensino e aprendizagem, percebemos que a assimilação de teoria e prática ganha ênfase. Esse relato tem por objetivo mostrar os resultados obtidos por meio da ação do Projeto PIBID, do Instituto Federal de Rondônia, Campus Cacoal, desenvolvida na Escola Celso Ferreira da Cunha. Essa análise baseia-se nas atividades desenvolvidas no período de Agosto/2018 à Junho/2019. Com intuito de promover a integração, o professor titular da turma trabalhava com a teoria e o Projeto PIBID com a prática. Os resultados mostram que as atividades lúdicas, jogos e desafios facilitam a compreensão do conteúdo, além de estimular o interesse do aluno.

Abstract:
In seeking to understand the difficulties faced by students in the teaching and learning process, we realize that the assimilation of theory and practice gains emphasis. This report aims to show the results obtained through the action of the PIBID Project, from the Federal Institute of Rondônia, Campus Cacoal, developed at the Celso Ferreira da Cunha School. This analysis is based on the activities carried out from August / 2018 to June / 2019. In order to promote integration, the head teacher of the class worked with theory and the PIBID Project with practice. The results show that the ludic activities, games and challenges facilitate the understanding of the content, besides stimulating the student's interest.
