PERSPECTIVAS DE UM ESTUDANTE DE MEDICINA: IMPACTOS SOCIAIS E NA SAÚDE PROMOVIDOS PELO TRABALHO NO SETOR DE TELEATENDIMENTO
O trabalho humano pode ser realizado em diversos ambientes e deve ser dotado de condições que visem promover a saúde do trabalhador. Apesar disso, diversos são os casos de adoecimento do trabalhador, isto, influenciado diretamente pelo ambiente e condições em que este realiza sua atividade laboral. Neste contexto, este artigo trata-se de um relato de experiência sobre o período de trabalho de um estudante de Medicina em uma empresa de teleatendimento durante o seu período de férias letivas. O participante é do sexo masculino e possui 25 anos. O período trabalhado por ele na empresa foi entre Janeiro e Março de 2018. Foram observados, durante o período de vínculo empregatício, aspectos promotores da saúde do trabalhador, como a presença de áreas verdes na empresa. Dentre potenciais promotores de adoecimento, pontua-se: deslocamento para o trabalho, cobranças excessivas e carga horária diária de trabalho. A experiência permitiu ao estudante tomar conhecimento do impacto que o trabalho no setor de teleatendimento causa ao trabalhador, especialmente, no contexto de saúde ambiental e saúde humana.

Abstract:
Human work can be carried out in different environments and must be endowed with conditions that aim to promote the health of workers. Despite this, there are several cases of illness of the worker, that is, directly influenced by the environment and conditions in which he performs his work activity. In this context, this article is an experience report about the working period of a medical student in a call center company during his academic vacation period. The participant is male and is 25 years old. The period he worked at the company was between January and March 2018. During the period of employment, aspects that promote worker health were observed, such as the presence of green areas in the company. Among the potential promoters of illness, the following are highlighted: commuting to work, excessive charges and daily workload. The experience allowed the student to become aware of the impact that works in the telemarketing sector has on the worker, especially in the context of environmental health and human health.
