PERSPECTIVAS DE ESTUDOS COMPARATIVOS DA FORMAÇÃO E CARREIRA DOCENTE: NECESSIDADES DE COOPERAÇÃO ENTRE AS POLÍTICAS NO ÂMBITO DO MERCOSUL
O ensino superior sempre foi e continua sendo, em qualquer sociedade, um dos pilares do desenvolvimento econômico e social para o futuro das nações. O ingresso na educação superior voltado para formação docente é o principal caminho de acesso para a entrada na carreira do magistério que, na atualidade, enfrenta alguns desafios tais como: qualificação de seus estudantes no tocante ao domínio de conhecimentos necessários a profissionalização, sua polivalência funcional, bem como, sua adaptação às mudanças tecnológicas e de informações. As reformas educativas que ocorreram nas últimas décadas nos diferentes países sul-americanos foram similares em seus processos de regulação da educação, porém, ainda persistem obstáculos que impedem ações que de fato valorize a carreira docente na região. O artigo é baseado nos ‘Estudos Comparativos dos Sistemas Educativos’ realizado pela União de Nações Sul-Americanas (UNASUL) em 2016. Neste sentido, o artigo abordou questões que versaram sobre aos desafios na formação docente e a busca constante pela valorização da carreira do magistério. A perspectiva de se adotar um estudo bibliográfico de educação comparada no âmbito do Mercosul nos seguintes países: na Argentina, no Brasil, no Chile e no Uruguai foi utilizar como ponto de partida o método da educação comparada para possibilitar as múltiplas compreensões do aprender com e sobre o outro. Segundo Weller (2015), estudos em educação comparada buscam ampliar as possibilidades de cooperação no tratamento dos problemas que ambos os países enfrentam em relação a educação superior voltada para a formação docente.

Abstract:
The higher education has always been and remains, in any society, one of the pillars of economic and social development for the future of nations. In this context, the demands are increased by this level of education, which need to be met in an innovative way to ensure the expansion of access and diversification in the offer of all those who seek it. The admission to higher education-focused training is the main access pathway to the career of the Magisterium, nowadays, it faces some challenges such as: qualification of its students in the field of knowledge needed to professionalize, its functional polyvalence, as well as its adaptation to technological and information changes. The educational reforms that have occurred in recent decades in the different South American countries have been similar in their education regulatory processes, however, still persisting obstacles that prevent actions that actually value the teaching career in the region. The article is based on the 'Comparative Studies of Educational Systems' conducted by the Union of South American Nations (UNASUL) in 2016. In this sense, which addressed issues that have been discussed on the challenges in teaching training and the constant pursuit of the appreciation of the teaching career. The perspective of adopting a bibliographical study of education compared to Mercosul in the following countries: Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Uruguay was used as a starting point the method of education compared to enable multiple comprehensions of learning with and on the other. According to Weller (2015), studies in comparison education seek to broaden the possibilities for cooperation in the treatment of problems that both countries face in relation to higher education focused on teaching education.
