Abstract: Nail and cuticle care is essential for maintaining the health and aesthetic appearance of the extremities, highlighting the need for specific formulations that promote hydration, protection, and regeneration of the periungual skin. This study aimed to develop a moisturizing cream for nails and cuticles based on murumuru butter, glycerin, dexpanthenol, and vitamin E. The formulation was designed with a focus on the use of active ingredients with emollient, humectant, antioxidant, and epithelializing properties, promoting a functional and well-balanced cosmetic approach. The proposed formulation demonstrated pharmaceutical feasibility and potential application as a cosmetic product for daily nail and cuticle care. The results support the continuation of the study through complementary tests aimed at consolidating the product for commercial use.
