PERSPECTIVAS DA EDUCAÇÃO BRASILEIRA DIANTE DO PROCESSO DE ENSINO E APRENDIZAGEM NO PÓS PANDEMIA
Este trabalho trata de um prisma diferenciado sobre o processo de ensino e aprendizagem no pós pandemia no Brasil. As perspectivas de mudanças com a implantação de novas dinâmicas na condução do sistema educacional. A possibilidade da continuação e aprimoramento de novas tecnologias digitais da informação e comunicação (TDIC) como ferramentas de suporte para a comunidade acadêmica. A consolidação do ensino hibrido que alinha o on line e o presencial e sua capacidade de desenvolver conexões inexploradas anteriormente. Não esquecendo a qualificação dos professores e alunos, condição sine qua non, sendo primordial nessa mudança, uma vez que, a transformação requer cuidados para geração de uma onda motivacional. Dessa forma, o presente artigo aponta que mesmo o Brasil contando com desigualdades na formação do sistema educacional, há a oportunidade de crescimento com o aproveitamento de metodologias e tecnologias desenvolvidas nesse período de pandemia.

Abstract:
This work deals with a differentiated prism about the teaching and learning process in the post pandemic in Brazil. The perspectives of changes with the implementation of new dynamics in the conduction of the educational system. The possibility of continuing and improving new digital information and communication technologies (TDIC) as support tools for the academic community. The consolidation of hybrid teaching that aligns online and face-to-face teaching and its ability to develop previously unexplored connections. Not forgetting the qualification of teachers and students, a sine qua non condition, being essential in this change, since the transformation requires care to generate a motivational wave. In this way, this article points out that even in Brazil with inequalities in the formation of the educational system, there is an opportunity for growth with the use of methodologies and technologies developed in this period of pandemic.
