PERSCPECTIVAS DOS ARTICULADORES COMO FOMENTADORES DA APRENDIZAGEM COOPERATIVA NO CURSO DE ENGENHARIA CIVIL
O Programa de Formação de Células Cooperativas (FOCCO) tem como intuito contribuir, principalmente, na formação dos acadêmicos da Universidade do Estado de Mato Grosso (UNEMAT) e tem como base a cooperação. A Aprendizagem Cooperativa (AC) é uma metodologia ativa de ensino aprendizagem em que os estudantes se ajudam no processo de aprendizagem, como parceiros entre si e/ou com o professor, no intuito de aprender um determinado assunto de interesse coletivo. Nesse sentido, o presente trabalho possui o objetivo de evidenciar a percepção dos articuladores do Curso de Engenharia Civil frente às suas Células e aos celulandos, analisando o andamento do FOCCO nesse Curso, no Campus Universitário Prof. Eugênio Carlos Stieler. Os dados foram coletados através de um formulário enviado aos cinco articuladores bolsistas do Curso, com questões abertas e fechadas sobre a atuação nas Células. Percebeu-se que a maioria dos articuladores eram iniciantes, estavam no primeiro semestre de atividades desenvolvidas nas Células do FOCCO, e a minoria dos articuladores, estavam desenvolvendo a aprendizagem cooperativa a mais tempo. Preponderantemente os articuladores desenvolveram Células relacionadas às disciplinas até o quarto semestre do Curso e os principais meios de divulgação da Célula eram: as redes sociais em especial, WhatsApp; e presencialmente em sala de aula. Ocorriam dois encontros semanais com duração de duas horas e em média nove celulandos por reunião. As principais atividades desenvolvidas durante as Células eram resolução de listas de exercícios de forma cooperativa; simulados e dinâmicas de interação. A atuação do FOCCO no Curso de Engenharia Civil ocorreu através dos articuladores e professores que auxiliavam nas Células e tem possibilitado aos celulandos oportunidade de rendimento acadêmico satisfatório e aprovação nas disciplinas que compõe os anos iniciais. Os professores que acompanhavam as Células auxiliavam nas atividades desenvolvidas e visitavam as Células regularmente. Os articuladores relataram que os simulados proporcionaram uma forma de mensurar individualmente a aprendizagem de cada acadêmico, permitindo ao articulador uma perspectiva do trabalho desenvolvido e autoavaliação em relação à sua Célula. Foi relatado que através de exercícios resolvidos cooperativamente, os celulandos desenvolveram entre si uma interação positiva e capacidade de trabalhar em equipe, habilidades fundamentais para atuação na Engenharia Civil. Espera-se que esses acadêmicos consigam levar a aprendizagem cooperativa até a conclusão de sua graduação e para sua vida.

Abstract:
The Programa de Formação de Células Cooperativas (FOCCO) aims to contribute mainly to the academics training at the State University of Mato Grosso (UNEMAT) and is based on cooperation. Cooperative Learning is an active methodology in which students help each other in the learning process, as partners with each other and/or with the teacher, in order to learn a certain subject of collective interest. In this sense, the present work has the objective of evidencing the perception of the articulators of the Civil Engineering Course in relation to their Células and celulando, analyzing the progress of FOCCO in this Course, at the University Campus Prof. Eugênio Carlos Stieler. The data were collected through a form sent to the five articulators of the Course, with open and close questions about the performance in the Células. It was noticed that the majority of the articulators were beginners, were in the first semester of activities developed in the FOCCO's Células, and the minority of the articulators were developing cooperative learning for a longer time. The articulators mainly develop Células related to the disciplines until the fourth semester of the Course and the main means of disseminating the Célula were: social media, in particular, WhatsApp; and personally in the classroom. In general, there were two weekly meetings lasting two hours and an average of nine celulando per meeting. The main activities developed during the Células were solving lists of exercises cooperatively; simulated and interaction dynamics. FOCCO's role in Civil Engineering occurs through the articulators and professors who assisted in the Células and has given the celulando the opportunity for satisfactory academic performance and approval in the disciplines that make up the initial years. The teachers who accompany the Celulas assist in the activities developed and visited the Células regularly. The articulators reported that the simulations provided a way to measure the learning of each student individually, allowing the articulator a perspective of the work developed and self-assessment in relation to his Célula. It was reported that through exercises solved cooperatively, the celulando developed a positive interaction and the ability to work in teams, fundamental skills to work in Civil Engineering. It is hoped that these academics will be able to take cooperative learning to the end of their graduation and into their lives.
