PERÍCIA FONOAUDIOLÓGICA: MANUAL TEÓRICO E LEGISLAÇÃO PERTINENTE
Tendo em vista o crescimento da atuação do fonoaudiólogo na área de Perícia Fonoaudiológica e o reconhecimento dessa como especialidade da Fonoaudiologia, este manual tem como objetivos abordar e detalhar, de acordo com as resoluções do Conselho Federal de Fonoaudiologia, a atuação do perito e do assistente técnico, seus diferentes pontos de vista, bem como os limites dessa atuação e implicações legais visando auxiliar os profissionais trazendo instruções teóricas básicas. Apresentam-se os diversos artigos de leis que regulamentam a atividade pericial no Brasil considerando o Direito Cível, Criminal, do Trabalho e normas previdenciárias levando-se em conta as responsabilidades e os direitos civis e criminais do perito e do assistente técnico em todas as subáreas de perícia fonoaudiológica, os tipos e campos da perícia e a forma de cadastro judicial.

Abstract:
Considering the performance growth of the speech-language pathologist in the field of forensic expertise and the recognition of this as an specialty, this manual aims to address and detail, according to the resolutions of the Brazilian Council of SLP, the work of the expert and of the technical assistant, their different points of view, as well as the limits of this work and legal implications aiming to help professionals lerning basic theory. We present the various articles of the brazilian laws that regulate the expert activity in Brazil considering the Civil, Criminal, Labor Law and social security rules taking into account the responsibilities and civil and criminal rights of the expert and of the technical assistant in all sub-areas of forensic expertise, the types and fields of expertise and the form of judicial register.
