PERFIL FUNCIONAL E PROGNÓSTICO DAS CRIANÇAS COM PARALISIA CEREBRAL ATENDIDAS NO CENTRO INTEGRADO DE SAÚDE – NATAL
A Paralisia Cerebral é caracterizada
por uma lesão encefálica de caráter não
progressivo que resulta em alterações do
desenvolvimento infantil e limitações funcionais.
Objetivo: traçar um perfil funcional das crianças
com Paralisia Cerebral atendidas no Centro
Integrado de Saúde (CIS) no município do Natal/
RN, com base nos códigos da Classificação
Internacional de Funcionalidade (CIF). Trata-se
de um estudo descritivo, do tipo relato de caso,
de natureza retrospectiva, realizado no primeiro
semestre de 2018. Foram selecionados 4
prontuários e extraídos dados referentes
à identificação, tônus, força, amplitude de
movimento e função motora. Para determinação
do perfil funcional, foi feita correlação do
quadro clínico com os códigos da CIF. Para
determinação do nível funcional de cada
criança foi utilizado o Sistema de Classificação
da Função Motora Grossa (GMFCS). Foram
determinados os níveis V e IV. Com relação
aos componentes da CIF, as funções alteradas
foram intelectuais, tônus e força muscular,
controle do movimento voluntário e marcha; as
estruturas comprometidas foram de membro
superior e inferior (MMII), além da estrutura do
cérebro; com relação a atividade de mobilidade,
apresentaram alterações em mudar e manter
a posição do corpo, transportar, mover e
manusear objetos, mover objetos com MMII,
auto transferência e deslocar-se utilizando
transporte. Conclui-se que, para as crianças
analisadas, o prognóstico é bem reservado e
as principais atividades comprometidas foram
atraso no desenvolvimento neuropsicomotor,
mobilidade e manipulação de objetos

Cerebral Palsy is characterized
