PERFIL FARMACOTERAPÊUTICO DE USUÁRIOS CADASTRADOS EM COMPONENTE ESPECIALIZADO DA ASSISTÊNCIA FARMACÊUTICA EM UMA CIDADE NO INTERIOR DO CEARÁ
O envelhecimento demográfico, a
urbanização e a globalização, bem como as
mudanças no estilo de vida das populações,
decorrentes desses fenômenos, têm impactado
no aumento das doenças crônicas não
transmissíveis (DCNT) e, consequentemente,
na mortalidade mundial. Devido a isso, os
pacientes acometidos por tais doenças fazem
uso de diversos medicamentos, sendo o
componente especializado da assistência
farmacêutica, tendo à frente o profissional
farmacêutico como o principal responsável por
promover esta dispensação de forma segura
e eficaz. O presente estudo teve o objetivo de
traçar um perfil farmacoterapêutico de usuários
cadastrados em componente especializado
da assistência farmacêutica em uma cidade
no interior do Ceará. Trata-se de um estudo
documental, descritivo, retrospectivo de
abordagem quantitativa, tendo como base os
dados dos relatórios do Sistema Nacional de
Gestão da Assistência Farmacêutica – Hórus,
no período de período de fevereiro de 2017 a
março de 2018. Seguiu-se, então, a Resolução
nº 466/12 que norteia as pesquisas com
seres humanos, de forma direta ou indireta.
Com bases nos resultados os usuários são
predominantemente do sexo feminino (81%),
apresentando principalmente patologias como
esquizofrenia (49%), insuficiência renal (16%)
e depressão (8%), fazendo uso de quetiapina
(23%), olanzapina (18%), alfapoetina (12%),
calcitriol (12%) e savelamer (12%). Portanto,
é necessário entender o CEAF como uma
estratégia viável para a garantia de acesso aos medicamentos e avançar na lógica de um serviço farmacêutico como parte do
entendimento global do sistema de saúde e sua organização, percebendo que o
perfil destes usuários apontou ampla abrangência de doenças e diferentes esquemas
terapêuticos com prevalência de doenças associadas ao estilo de vida e faixa etária

Abstract:
Demographic aging, urbanization and globalization, as well as the changes
in the lifestyle of the populations resulting from these phenomena, have impacted on
the increase of chronic noncommunicable diseases (CDNT) and, consequently, on
the world mortality. Due to this, the patients affected by such diseases make use of
diverse medicines, being the specialized component of the pharmaceutical assistance,
having in front the professional pharmacist as the main person in charge to promote
this dispensation in a safe and effective way. The present study had the objective of
tracing a pharmacotherapeutic profile of users enrolled in a specialized component of
pharmaceutical care in a city in the interior of Ceará. This is a documentary, descriptive,
retrospective study of a quantitative approach, based on the data from the reports of the
National System of Management of Pharmaceutical Care - Horus, from February 2017
to March 2018. It was followed, Resolution 466/12, which directs research on human
beings, directly or indirectly. Based on the results, users are predominantly female
(81%), mainly presenting pathologies such as schizophrenia, 49%), renal failure (16%)
and depression (8%), using quetiapine (23%), olanzapine 18%), alfapoethine (12%),
calcitriol (12%) and savelamer (12%). Therefore, it is necessary to understand CEAF
as a viable strategy for guaranteeing access to medicines and to advance the logic
of a pharmaceutical service as part of the global understanding of the health system
and its organization, realizing that the profile of these users pointed to a wide range of
diseases and different therapeutic regimens with prevalence of diseases associated to
lifestyle and age group.
