PERFIL EPIDEMIOLÓGICO DE PACIENTES ACOMETIDOS POR SARS-COV-2 NO DISTRITO DE CACAU PIRÊRA, IRANDUBA-AM
No Amazonas, o perfil clínico dos casos de Covid-19 apontaram que a idade de 59 anos representava 76% do número de infectados pelo novo coronavírus no Estado. A construção do perfil epidemiológico não somente ajudará na caracterização do estado de saúde das pessoas que fazem parte dessa comunidade, mas também auxiliará no reconhecimento daqueles vulneráveis a doença. Objetivo: O objetivo desta pesquisa foi realizar um estudo sobre o perfil epidemiológico de pessoas acometidas por Covid-19 em uma comunidade do distrito de Cacau Pirêra, Iranduba-AM. Metodologia: Pesquisa de campo, de natureza quantitativa e exploratória, com 30 participantes. O instrumento de coleta de dados foi um formulário, com questões que permitiram a montagem do perfil sociodemográfico, econômico e epidemiológico dos participantes. Resultados: Predomínio de indivíduos do sexo masculino 60%, com faixa etária entre 19 e 30 anos (54%), solteiros (57%), com ensino fundamental completo (53%). 90% estão trabalhando, porém, ganhando até um salário-mínimo (64%). Quanto ao aspecto clínico, 93% tiveram Covid-19. Conclusão: Considerando que o vírus ainda está em circulação, é pertinente manter os principais meios de proteção à exposição ao vírus, o que engloba a higiene adequada, o uso de máscara e o distanciamento social. Além disso, é de suma importância que o governo federal, estadual e municipal atue de forma conjunta nas medidas de monitoramento, rastreamento e controle epidemiológico.

Abstract:
In Amazonas, the clinical profile of Covid-19 cases showed that the age 59 years represented 76% of the number of people infected by the new coronavirus in the state. The construction of the epidemiological profile will not only help in the characterization of the health status of people who are part of this community but will also help in the recognition of those vulnerable to the disease. Objective: The objective of this research was to conduct a study on the epidemiological profile of people affected by Covid-19 in a community in the district of Cacau Pirêra, Iranduba-AM. Methodology: Field research, of quantitative and exploratory nature, with 30 participants. The data collection instrument was a form with questions that allowed the assembly of the sociodemographic, economic and epidemiological profile of the participants. Results: The predominance of males 60%, aged between 19 and 30 years (54%), single (57%), with complete elementary education (53%). 90% are working, however, earning up to the minimum wage (64%). As for the clinical aspect, 93% had Covid-19. Conclusion: Considering that the virus is still in circulation, it is pertinent to maintain the main means of protection against exposure to the virus, which includes proper hygiene, the use of masks, and social distance. In addition, it is extremely important that the federal, state and municipal governments act together in monitoring, tracking, and epidemiological control measures.
