PERFIL E DISCURSO DOS DISCENTES SOBRE AS DIRETRIZES CURRICULARES NACIONAIS E DO PROJETO PEDAGÓGICO DO CURSO DE GRADUAÇÃO EM SAÚDE COLETIVA DA UNIVERSIDADE DE PERNAMBUCO
A Graduação em Saúde Coletiva
teve início em 2009 no Brasil, desde então,
universidades vem construindo seus Projetos
Pedagógicos baseados nas discussões das
Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais, aprovadas em
10/08/2017. Este trabalho objetivou identificar
o perfil dos discentes e o seu entendimento
sobre as Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais
(DCN) e o Projeto Pedagógico de Curso (PPC)
da Graduação em Saúde Coletiva (GSC) da
Universidade de Pernambuco (UPE). Trata-se de
uma pesquisa de abordagem quali-quantitativa.
Os dados foram coletados no mês de maio de
2017 através de entrevista semiestrutura e o
questionário, apresentando como proposta de
análise, o Discurso do Sujeito Coletivo (DSC).
O público alvo foram os 42 discentes das 04
primeiras turmas do GSC. Nos resultados, o
perfil dos discentes demonstrou predominância:
no sexo feminino; na idade de 20 < 29 anos; no
ensino médio completo quanto à escolaridade
dos pais; a maioria dos discentes não trabalha;
estudaram o ensino médio em escola privada;
residem na capital e Região Metropolitana
do Recife; não possuem outros cursos; e o
nível de renda da família foi de 1 a 3 salários
mínimos. Nas entrevistas, a maior parte dos
entrevistados conhecia superficialmente tanto
as DCN quanto o PPC. Em relação à orientação
das DCN no PPC se dividiu em: concordância
que a mesma o orientou; e alguns estudantes
opinaram que as DCN não orientou totalmente
o PPC. Sobre o processo de divulgação, os
discentes concordaram que a divulgação
destes dois instrumentos é essencial, porém,
há necessidade de uma maior abrangência dos
meios de acesso.

Abstract:
The Graduation in Collective Health is recent in Brazil, since then
universities have been discussing and building their Pedagogical Projects based on the
National Curriculum Guidelines. This study aimed to identify the profile of students and
their understanding of the National Curriculum Guidelines (NCG) and the Pedagogical
Course Project (PCP) of the Collective Health Graduation (CHG) of the University of
Pernambuco (UPE). This is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data
were collected in May 2017 through the semi-structure interview and the questionnaire,
presenting as a proposal for analysis, the Collective Subject Discourse (CSD). The
target audience were the 42 students from the first four GSC classes. In the results,
the profile of the students showed predominance: in females; at the age of 20 <29
years; in high school complete with parental education; most students do not work;
studied high school in a private school; reside in the capital and metropolitan region
of Recife; have no other courses; and the family income level was 1 to 3 minimum
wages. In the interviews, most interviewees were superficially aware of both NCG and
PCP. Regarding the orientation of the NCG in the PCP, it was divided into: agreement
that it oriented it; and some students opined that NCG did not fully guide the PPC.
Regarding the disclosure process, the students agreed that the disclosure of these two
instruments is essential, but there is a need for a wide range of means of access.
