PERFIL DOS GESTORES DO ESPORTE UNIVERSITÁRIO DO MUNICÍPIO DE SÃO PAULO
Nossa proposta foi investigar a gestão
das Associações Atléticas Acadêmicas - A.A.A.
na ótica do gestor de esportes da A.A.A. Foi
aplicada uma pesquisa e participaram do estudo
27 gestores ou representantes de esportes das
A.A.A no município de São Paulo. Utilizamos um
questionário com perguntas abertas e fechadas
de modo a estudar e compreender o perfil do
gestor de esportes das A.A.A. tentando levantar
sua identidade profissional e abrangência de
seu trabalho, através da análise das respostas
coletadas. Conclui-se que a média de idade
dos gestores é de 23,4 anos, sendo que 88,9%
deles ainda não concluíram a graduação, para
uma gestão majoritariamente de um ou dois
anos. Observamos que 51,9% representam
mais de um curso, 33,3% a Instituição de
Ensino Superior e 14,8%, um único curso, com
orçamentos anuais entre R$ 10.000,00 e R$
60.000,00.

Abstract:
Our objective was to investigate the
management of Academic Athletic Associations
- A.A.A. from the perspective of the A.A.A. A
survey has been applied and 27 managers or
representatives of A.A.A sports in the city of São
Paulo answer it. A questionnaire was used with
open and closed questions in order to analyze
the profile and the scope of the organization
that represents within the university sport. It is
concluded that the average age of managers
is 23.4 years, and 88.9% of them have not yet
completed their undergraduate studies, for a
majority of one or two years. It was observed
that 51.9% represent more than one course,
33.3% the Institution of Higher Education and
14.8%, a single course, with annual budgets
between R$ 10,000.00 and R$ 60,000.00.
