PERFIL DE ÓBITOS FETAIS EM UM MUNÍCIPIO DO INTERIOR DA BAHIA
RESUMO
Trata-se de um estudo quantitativo, exploratório, descritivo e retrospectivo, aprovado pelo Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa da Universidade Estadual de Santa Cruz sob nº de parecer 3.803.809 e com o objetivo geral de: Avaliar os óbitos fetais no município de Una, no período entre 2010 e 2018 e correlacionar com a Política Nacional de Atenção Integral à Saúde da Mulher (PNAISM) e Política de Assistência Integral à Saúde da Criança (PAISC) e, como objetivos específicos: Levantar os óbitos fetais no município de Una de 2010 a 2018; Identificar e categorizar as causas dos óbitos fetais no município de Una na mesma série temporal citada. O lócus do estudo ocorreu na Vigilância Epidemiológica de Una, no interior da Bahia. A amostra foi constituída pelas fichas de investigação dos óbitos fetais de mães residentes no município, ocorridos entre 2010 e 2018, representando fonte secundária. Foram realizadas visitas à Vigilância Epidemiológica, onde sucedeu o reconhecimento do ambiente descrito e posteriormente o levantamento das fichas de investigação. Os dados coletados das fichas de investigação foram analisados quantitativamente (em frequências absolutas e/ou relativas com a apresentação em tabelas e/ou gráficos) de forma a atingir os objetivos propostos pelo estudo. Conclui-se que, a falta de atendimento adequado nos serviços de saúde, a peregrinação das gestantes no anseio de encontrar uma assistência satisfatória e um parto e nascimento sem considerar a qualidade e humanização, podem contribuir para o aumento nos índices de mortalidade fetal.

ABSTRACT
This is a quantitative, exploratory, descriptive and retrospective study, approved by the Research Ethics Committee of the State University of Santa Cruz under opinion number 3.803.809 and with the general objective of: Assessing fetal deaths in the municipality of Una, between 2010 and 2018 and correlate with the National Policy for Comprehensive Care for Women's Health (PNAISM) and the Policy for Comprehensive Assistance to Child Health (PAISC) and, as specific objectives: Survey fetal deaths in the municipality of Una from 2010 to 2018; Identify and categorize the causes of fetal deaths in the municipality of Una in the same time series mentioned. The locus of the study occurred at the Epidemiological Surveillance of Una, in the interior of Bahia. The sample consisted of the investigation forms of fetal deaths of mothers living in the municipality, which occurred between 2010 and 2018, representing a secondary source. Visits were made to the Epidemiological Surveillance, where the recognition of the described environment took place and later the survey of the investigation files. The data collected from the research forms were analyzed quantitatively (in absolute and / or relative frequencies with the presentation in tables and / or graphs) in order to achieve the objectives proposed by the study. It is concluded that the lack of adequate care in health services, the pilgrimage of pregnant women in the desire to find satisfactory care and delivery and birth without considering quality and humanization, can contribute to the increase in fetal mortality rates.
