PERFIL DE INGRESSANTES EM ZOOTECNIA EM ENSINO REMOTO, NO ESTADO DO MATO GROSSO EM 2020
O processo de escolha de uma profissão pode ser algo tranquilo ou bastante conturbado, tangido de muita indecisão. As instituições de ensino superior têm, por objetivo proporcionar conhecimento científico e tecnológico para aqueles que almejam uma profissão, que será importante no sucesso pessoal, pois o ofício impacta diretamente a vida familiar de qualquer indivíduo. Devem-se utilizar técnicas e metodologias de aprendizagem que favoreçam o conhecimento e crescimento das pessoas que procuram um curso superior e, nesse prisma figura a Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso oferecendo o curso de Zootecnia para pessoas que desejam se formar nesta área das Ciências Agrárias. O objetivo da pesquisa foi relatar o perfil de ingressantes no ano de 2020, em meio à pandemia de COVID-19 em que as universidades federais estavam em ensino remoto. Os dados de fontes primárias foram coletados em questionário aplicado aos 45 ingressantes do curso de Zootecnia no ano de 2020, por meio do “Google Forms”. O questionário anônimo e voluntário constou de 39 questões objetivas aplicadas ao final do primeiro mês de ingresso dos estudantes e de 15 questões efetuadas ao final do quarto mês de ingresso no curso. Os resultados mostraram que a maioria dos estudantes é do sexo feminino, da raça parda e não tem nenhum membro da família trabalhando em áreas das Ciências Agrárias. Adicionalmente, a maioria possui meios para acompanhar as aulas remotas como computador/tablet/notebook e têm acesso à Internet em casa. Ainda, todos os estudantes querem atuar como zootecnista, principalmente na área da Produção Animal, o que é importante para o desenvolvimento da região geoeconômica do Mato Grosso. Conclui-se que o perfil socioeconômico dos alunos da Zootecnia do estado do Mato Grosso segue o fluxo normal de diversas pesquisas já realizadas na área da educação, demonstrando a crescente ocupação dos pardos no ensino superior. Ademais, notou-se que a família deixou de acompanhar a formação escolar a partir do ensino médio e que, a INTERNET se destaca na busca de conhecimento refletindo, nitidamente, mudanças comportamentais que estão fluindo dentro da sociedade e que, definitivamente, a profissão zootecnista favorece o desenvolvimento da região Centro-Oeste do Brasil, além disso os alunos gostariam de atuar em áreas destinadas à produção animal, que é de grande estima para a região geoeconômica do Mato Grosso.

Abstract:
The process of choosing a profession can be something calm or quite troubled, with a lot of indecision. Higher education institutions aim to provide scientific and technological knowledge to those who want a profession, which will be important in their personal success, as the profession directly impacts the family life of any individual. Learning techniques and methodologies that favor the knowledge and growth of people seeking a higher education must be used and, in this perspective, the Federal University of Mato Grosso offers the Animal Science course. The objective of the research was to report the profile of freshmen in 2020, in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic in which federal universities were in remote education. Data from primary sources were collected in a questionnaire applied to 45 students in 2020, through “Google Forms”. The anonymous and voluntary questionnaire consisted of 39 objective questions applied at the end of the first month of admission of students and 15 questions asked at the end of the fourth month of admission to the course. The results showed that most students are female, of mixed race and do not have any family members working in the fields of Agricultural Sciences. Additionally, most of them have means to monitor remote classes such as computer/tablet/notebook and have Internet access at home. Furthermore, all students want to work as zootechnicians, especially in the area of Animal Production, which is important for the development of the geoeconomic region of Mato Grosso. It is concluded that the socioeconomic profile of Zootechnic students in the state of Mato Grosso follows the normal flow of several researches already carried out in the area of education, demonstrating the growing occupation of browns in higher education. In addition, it was noted that the family stopped following school education from high school onwards and that the INTERNET stands out in the search for knowledge, clearly reflecting behavioral changes that are flowing within society and that, definitely, the zootechnical profession it favors the development of the Midwest region of Brazil, in addition the students would like to work in areas destined to animal production, which is of great esteem for the geoeconomic region of Mato Grosso.
