PERFIL DE DOR E LESÃO RELACIONADO AS PRATICANTES DE CANOA HAVAIANA
O objetivo deste estudo será traçar o perfil de dores e lesões mais comum na Canoa Havaiana, em remadores no Estado do RS MATERIAIS E MÉTODOS: Trata-se de uma pesquisa de caráter descritivo com abordagem quantitativa. Como instrumento de coleta de dados, após ler termo de consentimento livre esclarecido, concordando, continuariam a responder o questionário online por meio do aplicativo Google Docs RESULTADOS: Participaram da pesquisa 12 remadoras em 2018 e 32, no ano de 2020. Quanto as marcações na escala de dor 4 foram 2 em 2018. No ano de 2020, escala de dor 4, foram 7 menções e na escala 5, sendo 2. Assim conclui-se com essa pesquisa, que entre as remadoras de Canoa Havaiana do RS, pode-se afirmar os locais mais doloridos conforme as respostas são: Lombar lado direito e Lombar lado esquerdo.

Abstract:
The objective of this study will be to outline the profile of pain and injuries most common in Canoa Havaiana, in rowers in the State of RS MATERIALS AND METHODS: This is a descriptive research with a quantitative approach. As a data collection instrument, after reading the informed consent form, agreeing, they would continue to answer the online questionnaire through the Google Docs application RESULTS: 12 rowers participated in the survey in 2018 and 32 in 2020. As for the markings in the pain scale 4 was 2 in 2018. In the year 2020, pain scale 4, there were 7 mentions and on scale 5, being 2. Thus it is concluded with this research, that among the rowers of Canoa Havaiana do RS, affirming the most painful places according to the answers are: Lumbar right side and Lumbar left side.
