Abstract: This study aimed to analyze the profile of occupational dermatoses in the state of Pará, Brazil, between the years 2020 and 2024, using data from the Notifiable Diseases Information System (SINAN), accessed via the DATASUS platform. Occupational dermatoses (OD) encompass a variety of skin diseases caused or worsened by exposure to agents present in the work environment. These conditions are particularly relevant in regions such as Pará, where activities like mining, agriculture, and the timber industry expose workers to physical, chemical, and biological hazards. A total of 43 cases were reported during the study period, with an irregular distribution across the years, and 2023 registering the highest number of cases. Most affected individuals were between 20 and 64 years old, with a predominance of female workers, possibly reflecting both exposure patterns and a higher tendency among women to seek medical care. The most frequent diagnoses were dermatitis and eczema, followed by urticaria and erythema, both commonly linked to irritant and sensitizing substances in the workplace. Most workers reported prolonged exposure, suggesting a cumulative relationship between exposure and disease onset. Work leave was recorded in 15 cases, with only one worker showing improvement after leave. The Work Accident Report (CAT) was issued in only 8 cases, indicating underreporting and challenges in establishing a causal link between the disease and work activities. The findings highlight the need for strengthened surveillance actions, better training for healthcare professionals, and improvements in data recording to ensure workers' health protection and access to their rights.
