Abstract: With the COVID-19 pandemic, a new alert was extended to the population due to its aggressiveness and its rapid propagation speed. Among the many protection strategies, social isolation was one of the most effective actions that stood out in the fight against the spread of the virus. However, by isolating itself, society tends to move less, resulting in an increase in physical inactivity and a sedentary lifestyle. The objective of this study was to outline the clinical profile of individuals previously diagnosed with COVID-19. The study was approved by the Human Research Ethics Committee of the Universidade Estadual do Norte do Paraná under opinion no. 4,469,443 and 173 individuals agreed to participate in the study and signed the Informed Consent Form. They were assessed regarding their level of physical activity (IPAQ – short version) and quality of life (WHOQOL-BREF). The sample was predominantly composed of young adults (33.72 ± 12.20 years), the majority of whom were female (62.4%). The most prevalent symptom during active disease was headache (56.8%) and the most cited comorbidity was systemic arterial hypertension (45.4%). Furthermore, 39.9% of individuals were active. Regarding quality of life, individuals presented a classification as needing improvement for the physical (48.6%) and environmental (48.5%) domains; and, regular classification for the psychological domains (51.5%) and social relationships (47.4%). With our findings, we conclude that individuals had a prevalence of Flu Syndrome during active illness, an active level of physical activity and a regular quality of life that needs to be improved.
