Abstract: Faced with Sars-CoV-2, responsible for developing a severe acute respiratory syndrome, called "coronavirus disease 2019" (COVID-19), there was a need to implement strategies for epidemiological control and monitoring of patients, such as telemonitoring of cases. The objective of the present work is to verify the clinical and epidemiological characteristics of children and adolescents accompanied by the telemonitoring project implemented in Rio Branco, Acre. -target all confirmed cases of Covid-19 in children and adolescents (up to 18 years old), residents of the municipality of Rio Branco, who participated in the Telemonitoring. 131 children and adolescents were followed, 55.7% female and 58% between 12 and 18 years old, and 48.9% were asymptomatic cases. The main symptoms observed were headache, anosmia, cough and fever. The follow-up time in most cases was between 14 and 20 days. The mild form prevailed in 95.4% of the target audience and only 4.6% were referred to a reference unit, with 1.5% being hospitalized. There is a need for a comparative analysis with the data obtained from the other waves of COVID-19, to verify if there has been any change in clinical cases and especially in possible complications, such as in the multisystemic inflammation syndrome related to Sars-Cov-2.
