Abstract: Introduction: Dengue, an arbovirus of high relevance to public health in Brazil, is associated with socio-environmental factors. Objective: To describe the clinical-epidemiological profile of dengue in Imperatriz, Maranhão, between 2014 and 2024. Methodology: This is a descriptive observational study using SINAN data, addressing temporal, sociodemographic and clinical variables. Result: The findings showed an epidemic peak in 2024 (32.1% of cases), higher incidence in women (51.1%), self-declared brown individuals (73%) and young adults aged 20 to 39 years (35.1%). Most diagnoses were based on clinical-epidemiological criteria (90.2%), with a predominance of classic dengue (92.4%) and high cure rate (98.5%). Discussion: The analysis highlighted the influence of climatic and sociostructural factors, such as disorderly urbanization and precarious sanitation, in the maintenance of Aedes aegypti breeding sites. Conclusion: It should be noted that integrated strategies such as vector combat, improvement of urban infrastructure and expansion of laboratory confirmation are essential to reduce transmission, as well as the need for intersectoral public policies and the use of predictive models to mitigate epidemic cycles in vulnerable regions.
