PERFIL CLÍNICO E SOCIODEMOGRÁFICO DE PACIENTES ATENDIDOS EM UM AMBULATÓRIO ESPECIALIZADO EM SAÚDE MENTAL NA AMAZÔNIA LEGAL
Objetivo: conhecer o perfil clínico e sociodemográfico dos pacientes atendidos em um Ambulatório Especializado em Saúde Mental no interior da Amazônia Legal. Métodos: trata-se de um estudo observacional, transversal com abordagem quantitativa, onde foram analisados 142 prontuários, de pacientes atendidos entre maio de 2014 a abril de 2017. A coleta de dados ocorreu no mês de maio de 2017, por meio de um instrumento de coleta de dados criado pelos autores do estudo. Para análise dos dados, foi utilizada a tabulação convencional estatística com auxílio de ferramentas do Microsoft Excel (p=o.o5). Resultados: a maioria dos pacientes é do gênero feminino (67.6%), com idade entre 40 e 50 anos. Os transtornos depressivos e transtornos ansiosos foram os mais frequentes, ambos com 18.2%, seguido de transtorno afetivo bipolar (13.3%) e esquizofrenia (11.5%). A classe de psicofármaco mais utilizada foi a de antidepressivos (49.2%), seguido de antipsicóticos (24.9%), ansiolíticos (8.8%) e estabilizadores de humor (8.8%). 56.3% dos pacientes apresentavam história familiar de transtornos mentais. Ainda, a maioria dos pacientes não reside no município de Cacoal (52.1%), mostrando a influência do ambulatório na região. Chamou atenção para o elevado número de abandono de tratamento (60.2%), que talvez possa estar relacionado ao período de funcionamento do ambulatório estudado. Conclusão: metade dos pacientes atendidos no ambulatório provém de cidades vizinhas sendo a maioria do sexo feminino. Os transtornos depressivos e ansiosos são as patologias mais frequentes e a classe de psicofármaco mais utilizada é a dos antidepressivos.

Objective: To get to know the clinical and sociodemographic profile of patients assisted in a clinic specialized in mental health in the interior of Legal Amazon. Methods: It is about an observational, cross-sectional study with quantitative approach, where 142 medical records were analyzed, from patients assisted between May 2014 and April 2017. The data collecting happened in May 2017, by a collecting instrument created by the study’s author. For the data analysis, it was used a conventional tabulation statistics with aid from tools of Microsoft Excel (p = o,o5). Results: the majority of patients is from feminine gender (67.6%), with ages between 40 and 50 years old. Depressive and anxious disorders were the most frequent, both with 18.2%, followed by bipolar affective disorder (13.3%) and schizophrenia (11.5%). The most widely used class of psychoactive drug was antidepressant (49.2%), followed by antipsychotic (24.9%), anxiolytic (8.8%) and mood stabilizers (8.8%). 56.3% from patients presented familiar history of mental disorder. Still, most patients don´t reside in the municipality of Cacoal (52.1%), showing the influence from the ambulatory in the region. The high number of dropouts attracted attention (60.2%) and may be related to the period of operation of the working hours of the clinic studied. Conclusion: half of patients attended on the clinic are from neighboring towns and the majority of patients is from feminine gender. Depressive and anxious disorders are the most common and antidepressants are the most used class of psychotropic drugs.
