Abstract: Introduction: Fibromyalgia (FM) is a rheumatological syndrome characterized by diffuse and chronic musculoskeletal pain, associated with fatigue, sleep disorders and psychological comorbidities. The complexity of symptoms requires multidisciplinary approaches to treatment, involving biopsychosocial factors for better symptom management. Objective: To analyze the clinical profile and biopsychosocial factors of patients with fibromyalgia treated at a specialized pain service. Methods: Cross-sectional study with 17 patients (> 18 years old) treated in a specialized pain service between 2021 and 2024, published with fibromyalgia. Data were found in medical records (sociodemographic profile, health conditions and lifestyle), in addition to specific instruments: Brief Pain Inventory, Central Awareness Questionnaire, Tampa Scale for Kinesiophobia, Catastrophic Thinking Scale about Pain and Self- Reporting Questionnaire (SRQ-20). Descriptive analyzes were carried out using SPSS Statistics 23.0. Results: There was a higher proportion of females (88.2%; n=15) and a mean age of 49.8 years (± 10.2). There was a high prevalence of anxiety (94.1%; n=16) and depression (58.8%; n=10). The reported pain intensity had an average of 7.2 points on the visual numerical scale, with low back pain being the most prevalent (94.1%; n=16). Sedentary lifestyle (64.7%; n=11) and sleep disorders (88.2%; n=15) among patients suggests the need for personalized and continued interventions. Biopsychosocial factors showed high rates of central sensitization (60.5 ± 12.5) and catastrophic thoughts about pain (37.8 ± 9.6). Conclusion: The study confirmed the importance of an integrated and multidisciplinary approach in the treatment of fibromyalgia, considering not only physical pain, but also the complex biopsychosocial factors that influence patients' mental health and quality of life. However, additional studies with larger samples and diverse methods are essential to reinforce these findings.
