PERCURSO HISTÓRICO DO AUTISMO INFANTIL PARA A PSICANÁLISE E PARA A PSIQUIATRIA
O presente artigo propõe investigar historicamente, o percurso teórico
acerca do autismo na criança, para a psicanálise e para a psiquiatria. Salientamos
que o autismo, por ser um tema permeado de tabús, gera questionamentos e
interesses em diferentes áreas do conhecimento. O desenvolvimento da sexualidade
na criança é um tema pouco discutido e repleto de preconceitos culturais e sociais.
A presente pesquisa indagou, dialeticamente, o desenvolvimento da sexualidade na
criança com autismo. O autismo, classificado pelo DSM-V (2013) como TEA
(Transtorno do Espectro Autista) é um tema que vem ganhando visibilidade social e
ocupando, cada vez mais, espaço nas pesquisas acadêmicas e científicas. No
entanto, objetivamos discutir teoricamente, como o autismo se configurou, para a
psiquiatria e para a psicanálise. Como o método de pesquisa é o materialista
histórico dialético, a investigação histórica e critica acerca do autismo, se faz
necessária para a compreensão dos caminhos e do percurso do estudo sobre a
criança com autismo nos moldes atuais. O presente artigo é uma pesquisa de cunho
bibliográfico e de abordagem qualitativa. Concluímos, em consonância com a
psicanálise, que a criança com autismo, deve ser olhada e compreendida como um
sujeito, para além do diagnóstico médico.

Abstract:
The present article proposes to investigate historically, the theoretical
course on autism in the child, for psychoanalysis and for psychiatry. We emphasize
that autism, because it is a theme permeated by taboos, generates questions and
interests in different areas of knowledge. The development of sexuality in the child is
a subject little discussed and full of cultural and social prejudices. This research
investigated, dialectically, the development of sexuality in children with autism.
Autism, classified by the DSM-V (2013) as TEA (Autism Spectrum Disorder) is a theme
that has gained social visibility and is increasingly taking up space in academic and
scientific research. However, we aim to discuss theoretically, as autism has set itself,
for psychiatry and for psychoanalysis. As the research method is the dialectical
historical materialist, the historical and critical investigation about autism is
necessary for the understanding of the ways and the course of the study on the child
with autism in the current molds. This article is a bibliographical and qualitative
approach. We conclude, in agreement with psychoanalysis, that the child with autism
should be looked at and understood as a subject, in addition to the medical
diagnosis.
