PERCEPÇÕES E JULGAMENTOS ESTÉTICOS DA SALA DE AULA
A partir das categorias estéticas, buscou-se compreender como as condições ambientais da sala de aula interferem no processo ensino e aprendizagem. Foram realizadas entrevistas em profundidade com professores e discentes do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Administração, da Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina. A análise interpretativa desvelou diferentes percepções da sala de aula, resultando um mosaico de sentimentos que, junto com a materialidade específica feita da corporeidade das pessoas e dos artefatos compõem a atmosfera da organização, a qual pode ser associada com uma percepção de incompletude do processo de ensino-aprendizagem. A pesquisa revela ainda que a sala de aula ideal não necessita de sofisticação, mas um espaço que possibilite a flexibilidade de atuação, em uma perspectiva dialógica.

Abstract:
From the aesthetic categories, we sought to understand how the environmental conditions of the classroom interfere in the teaching and learning process. In-depth interviews were conducted with professors and students of the Graduate Program in Administration at the Federal University of Santa Catarina. The interpretive analysis revealed different perceptions of the classroom, resulting in a mosaic of feelings that, together with the specific materiality made from the corporeality of people and artifacts, make up the atmosphere of the organization, which can be associated with a perception of incompleteness in the learning process. teaching-learning. The research also reveals that the ideal classroom does not need sophistication, but a space that allows the flexibility of action, in a dialogic perspective.
