PERCEPÇÕES DO PATRIMÔNIO CULTURAL DE PRESIDENTE KENNEDY – ES: MEMÓRIAS PARA VALORIZAÇÃO
Introdução: A valorização do patrimônio histórico-cultural pelo poder público associado à comunidade potencializa a identidade e o pertencimento das pessoas dentro de cada cultura vivenciada e, para que se possa preservar os patrimônios culturais e, consequentemente, respeitar e manter a identidade de um povo, é necessário conhecer e compreender o verdadeiro sentido da cultura local, com objetivo de proporcionar aos cidadãos o desejo de lutar pelos bens materiais e imateriais do município. Objetivo: Descrever sobre as expressões e manifestações do patrimônio cultural: material e imaterial, no contexto sociocultural do Município de Presidente Kennedy – ES, sob a percepção da população local. Método: Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa, objetivando identificar as percepções do patrimônio cultural: material e imaterial do Município de Presidente Kennedy-ES. Resultados: Foram entrevistados 10 indivíduos, sendo 06 do sexo feminino e 04 do masculino, com faixa etária entre 25 a 71 anos de idade, escolaridade entre Ensino Fundamental Incompleto até o nível de Mestrado, que moram no município há mais de 50 anos e na comunidade entre 25 e 50 anos. Observa-se que para a comunidade, há uma diversidade sociocultural no município, que está em expansão, embora ainda venha sendo valorizada e incentivada. Embora não sendo apontado o conhecimento dos principais patrimônios material e imaterial do município, foram identificados os mais populares e visíveis pela população. Por fim, destacaram a importância do diálogo, da preservação e continuação dos trabalhos e atratividades já desenvolvidas e também herdadas, de geração em geração, por seus antepassados, reconhecendo ser necessário maior participação e dedicação de toda comunidade na continuidade de suas representações culturais. Considerações finais: Conclui-se que há necessidade de ampliar discussões sobre o tema, trazendo a importância das políticas públicas voltadas para a área da cultura, no município de Presidente Kennedy. Além disso, faz-se necessária a participação da população nessas discussões, para que sejam reconhecidos ao longo do tempo, por representarem parte dos patrimônios culturais imateriais e também para serem membros integrantes dos movimentos para tombamento dos patrimônios materiais.

Abstract:
Introduction: The appreciation of cultural heritage by the public power associated with the community, enhances the identity and belonging of people within each lived culture and so that cultural heritage can be preserved and, consequently, respect and maintain the identity of a people, it is necessary to know and understand the true meaning of the local culture, with the objective of providing citizens with the desire to fight for the material and immaterial goods of the municipality. Objective: To describe the expressions and manifestations of cultural heritage: material and immaterial in the socio-cultural context of the Municipality of Presidente Kennedy - ES under the perception of the local population. Method: This is a qualitative research, aiming to identify the perceptions of cultural heritage: material and immaterial in the Municipality of Presidente Kennedy-ES. Results: 10 individuals were interviewed, 06 females and 04 males, aged between 25 and 71 years old, schooling between Incomplete Elementary School up to Master's level, who have lived in the city for more than 50 years and in community between 25 and 50 years. It is observed that for the community, there is a sociocultural diversity in the municipality, which is expanding, although it is still being valued and encouraged. Although the knowledge of the main material and immaterial heritage of the municipality was not mentioned, the most popular and visible by the population were identified. Finally, they highlighted the importance of dialogue, preservation and continuation of works and attractions already developed, and also inherited from generation to generation by their ancestors, recognizing that greater participation and dedication of the whole community is necessary in the continuity of their cultural representations. Final considerations: It is concluded that there is a need to expand discussions on the subject, bringing the importance of public policies aimed at the area of culture in the municipality of Presidente Kennedy, highlighting the importance of the population in these discussions, so that they are recognized over time, for represent part of the intangible cultural heritage and also be integral members of the movements to protect material heritage.
