PERCEPÇÕES DE MÃES COM RECÉM-NASCIDOS INTERNADOS NA UNIDADE DE TERAPIA INTENSIVA NEONATAL: UMA REVISÃO BIBLIOGRÁFICA
O estudo teve como objetivo a realização uma revisão bibliográfica relacionada às percepções das mães diante do internamento de seus filhos em UTI Neonatal. Foi realizada a coleta de informações em Bancos de Dados: MEDLINE, SCIELO, LILACS, em Teses, Dissertações, Revistas, Periódicos e Livros. Tratou-se de uma pesquisa bibliográfica, com abordagem qualitativa do tipo exploratório descritivo. As informações foram coletadas através de um instrumento com perguntas norteadoras relacionadas ao tema. Os resultados foram divididos em cinco subtemas de acordo com os objetivos do estudo dentro da literatura. Após o estudo constatou-se que a experiência pela qual passa as mães com filhos internados na UTI Neonatal, no início, torna-se um momento de grande impacto, tendo como principais sentimentos o desespero, medo, culpa e tristeza. Consideramos então a importância da assistência humanizada para com as mães e recém-nascidos propiciando a um maior vínculo entre estes e melhora nas condições de saúde do recém-nascido, bem como a importância de um pré-natal esclarecedor, informando as gestantes, principalmente as de alto risco sobre a possível necessidade da internação do filho em UTI Neonatal. Constatou-se que há, na literatura nacional uma grande quantidade de estudos científicos publicados a respeito das percepções e sentimentos dessas mães, no entanto, ainda existe a grande necessidade de uma maior atenção para elas, bem como, para familiares destes recém-nascidos.

Abstract:
studThe study aimed to carry out a bibliographic review related to the mothers' perceptions regarding the admission of their children to the Neonatal ICU. Information was collected in Databases: MEDLINE, SCIELO, LILACS, in Theses, Dissertations, Magazines, Periodicals and Books. It was a bibliographic research, with a qualitative approach of the exploratory descriptive type. The information was collected through an instrument with guiding questions related to the theme. The results were divided into five sub-themes according to the objectives of the study within the literature. After the study, it was found that the experience of mothers with children hospitalized in the Neonatal ICU, at the beginning, becomes a moment of great impact, having as main feelings despair, fear, guilt and sadness. We then consider the importance of humanized care for mothers and newborns, providing a greater bond between them and improving the health conditions of the newborn, as well as the importance of an enlightening prenatal, informing pregnant women, especially women. of high risk on the possible need for the child's hospitalization in the Neonatal ICU. It was found that in the national literature there are a large number of published scientific studies regarding the perceptions and feelings of these mothers, however, there is still a great need for greater attention for them, as well as for the families of these newborns.
