PERCEPÇÕES DE GÊNERO: EXPERIÊNCIAS DO COTIDIANO DE MULHERES NO ESPAÇO DA CIDADE”,
Este artigo propõe caracterizar e discutir as percepções das relações de gênero e discriminação colhidas durante as capacitações do projeto ”Gestão de Pessoas e Liderança: uma ótica feminina” fruto do convênio entre o Município e a Secretaria de Políticas para as Mulheres (Presidência da República). Esse artigo foi o resultado da observação participante e dialogada em um projeto destinado às mulheres ocupantes de cargos de gerência em órgãos públicos e organizações da sociedade civil. Percebeu-se nas falas dessas mulheres a existência das relações de estruturas patriarcais.

Abstract:
This article proposes to characterize and discuss the perceptions of gender relations and discrimination collected during the training sessions of the project "People Management and Leadership: a women's perspective" as a result of the agreement between the Municipality and the Secretariat of Policies for Women (Presidency of the Republic) . This article was the result of participant observation and dialogue in a project aimed at women occupying managerial positions in public agencies and civil society organizations. The existence of the relations of patriarchal structures was perceived in these women's statements.
