Abstract: Introduction: The objective of the research is to present the perception of men and women of different generations and positions in the organization, about equal opportunities in salaries, promotions, occupation in leadership positions, among others. Methodology: the research was quantitative, the research instrument was a survey with 34 closed questions, applied online to a representative sample with a confidence level of 90%. On a total of 261 cases, of which 130 are women and 131 are men, the following results were identified: in relation to salaries, 75% of respondents perceived that salaries are equal for men and women, however there are some differences in terms of perception by gender and generation; regarding promotions, 50% of women perceived that they have fewer opportunities than men in promotions within the company; regarding the opportunity to be in leadership positions, a little more than half of the total number of employees consider that women and men have the same opportunities; however, there are differences by gender since 41% of women and 74% of men subscribe to this position. The following conclusions were identified: in general, respondents perceive equal opportunities in the areas presented; however, the greatest inequalities are seen in leadership positions and promotions, and there are significant differences between men and women opinions, in this case men tend to perceive less inequalities.
